💫Prologue💫

18 years ago~ (Y/N 3 years old, Seonghwa 5 years old)

One normal and peaceful day can turn into a terrible day.

Little Y/N is running after a little butterfly on a flower field while her mother collects some of the flowers for ingredients. Her brother Seonghwa and their friends are on pirate adventure with their dads (no fightings here tho since there are kids on board)
It is peaceful and all you can hear are the giggles of Y/N as the butterfly is obviously playing with her. Her mother looks at her with a bright smile on her face as she sees her little babygirl happy. But that was not for long tho. There are shoutings, painful and anxious shouts, coming from the little village behind the hill. Y/Ns mother was alerted immediately as she picks her daughter up and run for their hideout only her family know about in emergency like these. Y/Ns mother isn't fast enough and a man sees her from above the hill and starts to run after her with a few other men. They doesn't see Y/N since her mother trys to hide her well so no one notices her. Her mother grows anxious as she hears the footsteps and shoutings getting louder. She reaches the hideout but she only put Y/N inside and casts a spell that caged Y/N so she wouldn't run after her mother and no one could hear her if she starts crying and shouting. She is looking at her daughter with a sad smile as she knew that this would be the last time. "Y/N promise me to look after your dad and brother for me, okey? You will be a beautiful and powerful woman when you grew up. And don't forget that I will always love you, I will always look after you and protect you" She says, as she starts crying. Y/N wants to reach for her mother and started crying too even tho she doesn't understand the meaning behind her mothers words. "Mommy where going?" she babbles. Her mom gives her a peck on her cheeks "I love you my baby" she says and lets go and casts another spell so leaves are forming on the entrance as she starts to run away from the men that are still after her. She wasn't fast enough and gets caught by the men, gets some cuffs on that blocks magic powers and is pulled with them. "Finally we got you and our boss would be pleased to kill you with his own hands" one of the men says with a smirk on his face. And thats how they took Y/Ns mother and killed her, for being a threat to the humans with her powers. The king wants to make sure that each single magican is dead since he thinks they are a threat for his kingdom.
Y/N on the other hand fell asleep while crying for her mother. The cage is no longer there since her mother was no longer in this world and all her magic disappeared with her. Y/N stood up and starts to walk to the entrance of the hideout and sees that it was already dark. She hears fast footsteps running towards her and she grows anxious. But her anxiety fades as she saw her dad with her brother by his side. Her dad is relieved as he saw his daughter wasn't injured and takes her into his arms. He goes inside the hideout to search for his wife but she was not there. He was scared but didn't want to show it. "Y/N baby where is you mother?" he asks his daughter that is besides her brother and holding his hand. "Away" Y/N says and looks at him with her big round eyes. Her dad doesn't know what to do, he knew exactly what it means. He falls on his knees and starts crying while looking up in the sky. He takes his confused kids into his arms and embraces them.

15 years later~ (Y/N 18 years old, Seonghwa 20 Years old)

Many years past and the attack was still an impact. Buildings get still repaired and monuments were built for all the killed people.
Unfortunately the beautiful chemistry between the two siblings was destroyed too, since Seonghwa gives his sister the fault in their mother death. He thinks if she wasn't born in the first place he would still have his mother by his side. That's why he ignores Y/N most of the time and just glares at her. Y/N on the other hand doesn't know why he acts like that and feels hurt. She always gets ignored by him and the boys, Seonghwa even forbidden the boys to even talk to her. It was very difficult and it got more complicated as their dad died because of an illness. Their dad was always hard working and took good care of his kids. He didn't know anything about Seonghwas act tho. Their Dad was working to help to rebuilt the village with the other men in Twilight and as he came home he always cooked for him and his children. Seonghwa and Y/N didn't know that their dad was sick. They found it out as he just collapsed while cleaning up the kitchen. The doctor said he couldn't do anything since they didn't have any ingredients for the medicine. The two teens were really hurt. They lost their mom 15 Years ago and now their dad will die too. Y/N had difficult times from that on. Seonghwa was out of his mind and screamed at her, why she didn't do any household chores. She was a female anyways so why she didn't do anything. After Seonghwa yelled at her she started to do something since he was right, because of her, her dad was stressed out and died. She was the reason. She was scared of Seonghwa but also angry at him why he ignores her all the years.
