My dearest mother sent me to the principal's office today. I think the principal is her go to parent. I've been sent there (to the principal's office) ,for being a jerk to my sister, spilling water on my mom, and not washing the dishes (HA!) ... Mr. Huckleberry looked at me and said. "Ms. .... uhhhh....Wick .... I um... your mother er.....Please wash the dishes Ms. .... uhhhh....Wick. I umm have lots of work to do please go back to class." Today it was for being mean to the cat. It wasn't my fault the cat didn't want to eat! The food was moldy... but it's not like my father hasn't given my cheese that he "accidentally" stepped on. Mr. Huckleberry told me to apologize to my mother over the phone. The last time I called someone on one of these phones was when my mother hung up on me when she told my my grandmother had died. Those joyus days.
I returned to English (after being sent to the principal's office)to an empty dark classroom and had to assume that everyone had gone to prepare for dinner. It was dumplings tonight. Ew. THe dumplings were always stale and soggy from being covered in over-sweet-sour-sauce. After I was clean I found Jennifer in the dining hall. She didn't speak a word to me. Instead she talked to Owen Mcfaulty. (BLECHH) So I was left alone in the middle of a sea of wild noises coming from equally wild children, left alone to question all my life choices and regret all the ones involving Jennifer.
