Chapter 6

TRIGGER WARNING: ED

~about two months later~

(Y/n)'s Pov:

As the practice game drags on, I feel the sweat drip down my face, and my breath feels like it's dragging out longer than normal but it's heavy. I am tired as hell yet not at all. The ball flies back to our side and I run towards the ball, seeing it going down close to the net. I dive with my arms out, taking a hitched breath as the ball bounces off my arms, stinging it. I get back up as I hear from my side "chance ball!" I rush to get ready, seeing Noya receive the ball and it heads straight for Kageyama. I watch the ball as I start running with some other attackers. I leap up pulling my arm back, slamming the ball down as I see it in front of me. I land back down on the court and look over. I got us a point. I chuckle softly as we're back at match point.
"One more!" I yell and soon I'm feeling hands pat against my back and muffled voices when suddenly the last thing I feel is my body against the floor.

~ a few hours later~

I open my eyes and get blinded by bright white lights. I groan a bit and go to sit up but whence I feel something tug on my arm and I sit back. My eyes soon adjust and I look around to see I'm in a hospital room by myself. I feel around for a call button. Just as I grab it Kageyama and our coach walk in with paper cups that you'd get coffee or hot drinks in.
"Hey, guys" I mumble out weekly.
"Hey, sweets" I hear Kageyma say softly then his hand touch mine as he moves to sit in a chair beside my bed. I smile softly. Coach Ukai sits on the one beside him and lets out a sigh, "(y/n) the doctors tell us you fainted because of lack of food, why aren't you eating?" He asks me softly. I look down and just shake my head softly. Kags squeezes my hand lightly and slowly I sit up,
"Alright, well I just...I am not eating because I feel like I am fat...and ugly" I mumble out and after I feel Kags hand slowly losen and fall out of mine almost like in disbelief. I grab his softly and just apologize.
"You feel like that...and didn't talk to me?" He asks softly, dipping his head. I gulp down the knot I feel form in my throat, "I wanted too....I just didn't know how too I guess" I sigh out, "look I'm sorry but I'm tired can we talk about this more later?" I ask and they both nod.
"Get some sleep love" Kags says softly and kisses my head as I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.

Authors note: Sorry this is a bit of a shorter chapter but I'm back again and sorry I dispeared again. My issues had gotten worse lol
