chapter 8

~A few weeks later~

(Y/n)s' PoV:

I wake up in the day I can finally go back to school. I slowly sit up, and Kags isn't in bed anymore. My uniform is laid out for me. I smile softly, getting up and changing into my uniform and out of my pj's. I grab my book bag and my volleyball one. I head downstairs to see Kageyama sitting, eating.
"Morning babe" I yawn out and drape my arms around him. He rubs my arm,
"Morning love" he kisses my hand softly before pulling me around him and into his lap. I giggle and cuddle up to him. He kisses me deeply. I kiss back, wrapping my arms around his neck, and running a hand through his hair. He chuckles as he pulls away,
"You're adorable" He kisses my neck softly. I whence as he goes over some sensitive markings that he'd left, causing me to grip his hair.
He pulls his head away, "sorry baby"
I roll my eyes, "It's okay love, it wasn't necessarily a bad thing," I giggle slightly before standing off from him. He stands after me and takes his dishes and put them in the sink,

"ready?" he walks over to me, worry in his voice and eyes. I nod a bit, smiling trying to hide my own worry from him. He smiles softly, probably seeing right through it but dropping it. He grabs my hand and we head out. 

~At School, 4th period~ 

I start to feel dizzy, raising my hand. I get called on,
"May I go to the bathroom?" I let out a bit shakily. The teacher nods. I stand and head out of the classroom, noticing Kags looking at me with worry. I try to smile at him to calm him before I'm entirely out of the room. But I don't even make it out before I hit the floor.

~About half an hour later~

All I remember is hearing chairs moving quickly and feet rushing as I open my eyes to a bright room, feeling pressure on my hand. I look towards it to see Kags holding my hand,
"H-hey," I cough out at my slightly dry throat. He immediately let go of my hand and grabbed a glass on the table next to the bed. He helps me sit up slowly, before holding the straw to my mouth. I smile softly and take a few sips, pulling back I start to speak again,
"Where are we?" I ask softly. He sighs a bit,
"The hospital," he sits the glass down and pushes the hair out of my face. I smile softly as he does,
"Ah great..." I lean towards him slowly. He moves so I can rest my head on his shoulder. He grabs my hand, rubbing it. I yawn a bit,
"Will you be upset if I go back to sleep?" I mumble. He shakes his head softly,
"Not at all, get some rest, I'll be here for you when you wake again," he turns his head and kisses my forehead. I nod and drift off.
