y/n's pov:
The rain drops hitting the windowsill, creating a soft sound throughout the hype house. It's a little past midnight, everyone is asleep, besides me, or so i thought.
I sat on the couch in the living room, with a heated blanket over my legs, and my laptop resting on my thighs.
I hear soft footsteps coming down the stairs, not thinking much of it. Continuing to scroll through pintrest, listening to the calming sound of the rain.
A soft voice breaks me out of my trance, "hey, mind if i sit with you," I look up to see vinnie standing in front of me, clad in a pair of gray joggers, with a purgatory hoodie on.
I nod, and he takes a seat beside me. he pulls some of the heated blanket off of me, laying it over himself.
I go back to scrolling through pintrest, listening to the rain. suddenly i feel a tap on my shoulder. I look over at vinnie waiting for him to say something.
"dance with me?" his voice asks softly. I nod, with a grin on my face. He stood up, and pulled me up along with him. He grabbed his phone and turned on "Open Arms-Journey".
His arms wrapped around my waist, as mine went to his shoulders. We slowly swayed to the music softly playing through the living room.
His eyes look down at me, as his face still holds a grin. as the song ends, we continue to sway slowly, while keeping eye contact.
"may i kiss you?" his voice asks, I smile at him and whimper out a small "yes".
He leans down, holding eye contact with me as his face inches closer and closer, teasingly. I lean up, closing the gap in between us.
Our lips move languidly, gently, the kiss staying soft, as we're both yearning for more.
