I turn off the TV at 9pm, and prepare myself a hot bath. I grab a glass of fruity white wine, undress and sit down in the bathtub. I take a few deep breaths to try and get rid of the anxiety, until my phone buzzes. I take a look, and instantly feel better at the sight of a certain name on my screen.
