After school hyunjin and felix went to a supermarket together to buy some stuff .

Hyunjin walked down the hallway and and slowly looked around him as he got close to a shelf .

Felix watched him as he took a bar of candy and sneakily hid it in his jacket .

Felix looked at hyunjin in shock and hyunjin just smiled at him .

They the walked past a freezer and felix wanted to try shoplifting too .

He grabbed a steak and stuffed it under his jacket and looked around him in fear to see if anyone saw him .

Hyunjin chuckled at Felix and pushed him , making him trip to the side , almost falling into a shelf .

Felix bumped his shoulder into hyunjin , pushing him to get him back but Hyunjin barely moved .

They went to hyunjin's house where they decided to cook up that steak Felix stole .

Hyunjin placed the grilled steak on the table and felix sniffed it with lit up eyes .

Hyunjin's dog kkami came running when the smell of the steak filled up the room .

Hyunjin cut out a small piece and spoke to kkami in tiny korean before dropping the piece to the ground making the dog tackle it .

"Hey that costs alot !" Felix said .

Hyunjin grinned at him , knowing that Felix didn't have to pay anything for that steak because it was stolen .

"Ok it would've cost alot" Felix laughed as he shoved a piece in his mouth .

They ate up the steak and went up to hyunjin's room .

It was pretty dark by now , around 7:30 .

They both sat on hyunjin's messy bed, leaning their backs on the wall as their legs stretched out in from of them .

Hyunjin and felix weren't paying attention to anything that was playing on the tv tho .

They were too high of beer and cigarettes , they just stared at the tv screen as the intoxicated themselves .

"-Sabastian and casey" a character on the tv which was playing an English movie said .

Hyunjin laughed out , making Felix looked at him confused .

"Did you here that ?" Hyunjin asked .

"What ?" Felix asked as he wasn't paying attention to the movie .

"The man speaking...he just called his kids bastard and casey !" Hyunjin laughed .

"No he didn't" Felix laughed at him .

"I mean casey is ok but bastard ?" Hyunjin laughed harder .

"Don't be stupid" Felix chuckled as put his cigarette in his mouth .

"That's what he said ! Bastard and casey!" hyunjin defended .

"That's not what he said" Felix argued.

"Then what did he say ?!" Hyunjin asked as he took a sip of his beer .

"How the fuck should i know !?" Felix asked as he swung his hands around , clearly high as hell .

"Then why argue ? Foreigners always call their kids stupid Fucking names like apple and blanket and bear and shit" hyunjin laughed out .

Making Felix laughed really hard .

Hyunjin laughed as he smacked Felix on his shoulder , Felix smacked him back .

Then suddenly hyunjin's laugh disappeared in a second .

Felix looked at him confused .

Hyunjin had fear in his eyes and he looked like he heard something .

Then the sound of the house's front door closing made hyunjin jump out of bed .

"My father . You have to go " hyunjin said as he pulled Felix off his bed .

Felix wondered why hyunjin looked so scared , he looked petrified .

"But hyunjin- wha-" hyunjin didn't let Felix finish his sentence .

"Jump out the window . You can climb down . And once you get down , run" hyunjin said as he pushed Felix towards the window in his room and went out of the room .

Felix could hear a male's voice yelling gibberish , hyunjin's father was probably drunk .

Felix opened the window and climbed his way down .

He landed on the hard floor on his knees , but he made sure to be silent .

Felix was told to run but he couldn't help but look into the window to see why hyunjin was so scared .

Felix peeped in to see hyunjin standing in front of his father who looked violent , and it was the first time for Felix to see hyunjin look so inferior to someone .

What hyunjin's father was saying was inaudible to Felix , especially since he didn't know Korean that well yet .

Hyunjin's father suddenly raised his hand and smacked hyunjin accross his face , making hyunjin fall to the floor pathetically .

Felix covered his mouth tight to prevent any sound coming out of it as tears filled up in his eyes .

He watched as hyunjin's father kicked hyunjin in his stomach with his filthy leather shoes .

Felix couldn't do anything , he knew if he stayed and tried and defend hyunjin , his father would probably beat him up more .

Felix ran , he ran as fast as he could just as hyunjin told him to .

Tears bursting out of his eyes as the painful sight if Hyunjin getting beat up played in his head .

Felix imagined what might be happening to hyunjin at that very moment when he was running away like a coward .

Felix imagined all that hyunjin's been going through , it wasn't any better from what Felix was going through .

And that's why they both needed eachother .
