Remnant's Silenced Dragon

3rd Person POV:

Beacon Academy's initiation of its applicants has officially begun. All of the applicants have been sent flying into the sky as each must create a safe landing strategy before making their way through the Emerald Forest and retrieve relics from the trial site.

Amongst the many applicants launched into the sky, Jaune is seen flailing his arms in an intense panic as he was caught completely got off guard from his sudden launch by both Professor Ozpin and Goodwitch.

Unbeknownst to the panicking blonde, Pyrrha by using her shield to slow the impact of her descent through several trees, rolls on a branch before immediately shifting her blade into a rifle and looking through the scope to survey her surroundings.

Once her sight has been set on Jaune, the red-headed spartan quickly shifts her blade into its spear form as she takes a moment to evaluate her throw, and rockets the javelin deep into the forest until a loud "THUNK!" is heard.

Jaune: (in the distance) Thank you!

Pyrrha: (waving) I'm sorry!

Elsewhere, the rest of the applicants soon descend onto the forest as Ruby is seen plummeting downward at high speeds. The silver-haired girl suddenly crashes into a small bird, that can only let out one final shirek as a burst of feathers is all that remains.

Ruby: Birdie, no!

Returning her focus back on the landing, Ruby fires off a few rounds from Crescent Rose to slow her down, then turns the weapon into its scythe form to catch the branch of a tree in her blade and fall downward at a slower pace.

The second applicant seen preparing for their landing strategy is Weiss, who, armed with Myrtenaster, creates a white snowflake circle of Aura under her and leaps off of it to the forest below.

Ren and Nora are also seen preparing their landing strategies, separate as Nora disappears into the forest while Ren spins in the air, eventually using StormFlower's blades to spiral around the trunk of a large tree and hit the ground, brushing off his clothes before looking up to see Yang.

Yang: (soaring in the air with her avaitors still on) Woo-hoo! Yeah! Alley-oop!

She continues to soar right over the treetops by using her gauntlets and its fiery force to push her through the air further and further north, spinning and laughing with each blast, even when she crashes through the leaves of a tree and leaps off two trunks to tumble to the ground.

Yang: Nailed it! (runs off)

The final applicant descending into the forest is Yukino, who throws her shuriken onto one of the tree trunks as the yoyo string attached to the weapon grapples its owner forward.

Being pulled towards the tree, Yukino quickly gathers more Aura into her legs as she soon skids across the ground, which leaves a small trail of destruction in the landing strategy's wake.

Yukino: That could've went a little smoother...If I used my semblance this would've been-

The memory of some beaten down kids left below her feet fills Yukino's head, which briefly causes the green-haired girl to look down in shame.

Yukino: I shouldn't think like that...

She shakes her head to dismiss the thought before moving onward towards the forest and takes in the greenery, which has a figure hidden within while Yukino is left seemingly oblivious of the stalker.

Yukino continues her path forming an annoyed expression before turning towards the greenery.

Yukino: You're not going to surprise me! I already know all of your stealth tactics since I'm the one that taught you them!
