I sat infront of Mom in the living room drinking tea. Both of us didn't let out a single word. It's silent here.

That is when I decided to speak.

"How are you, Mom?" I asked. Mom just averted her gaze at the window while her floating eyeballs all stared at me. Yep, definetely normal.

She didn't answer. Her tired gaze made me feel suffocated. Her situation is getting worse.

My Mom's name is Tomie, Tomie Takami. She is the woman who gave birth to me. But never once, she took care of me. We even live in seperate homes.

The HPSC already found Keigo the time Mom was pregnant with me. The moment they knew of my existance, they took me and keigo under their custody.

Keigo couldn't carry the name Takami. And I don't know the reason. But I could still carry it. It's confusing.

The moment I was born, I was given to the HPSC to be raised by them and Keigo. But there is still a mother and child bond between me and Mom.

"How was.. school?" Her voice is raspy and low. And it sounds tired. I knew that she is trying her best in some ways.

"It's all good. I made friends and I make sure to study hard."

She didn't respond after that. She remained quiet. Mom's mental health isn't exactly in a stable situation. That's why a therapist visits her every two weeks.

I glanced at my wrist watch and sighed. "I have to go, Mom. I have to go back before Keigo Nii chan arrives."

It's not that Keigo won't allow me to visit Mom. But rather, he didn't like the idea that I am going home in a late hour.

And I spent the whole time trying to spend time with my Mom.

"Goodbye, Mom." Before I could get out from her house, she called out my name.

"Keirin!"

I frozed hearing that name. I feeling of bitterness clouded my emotions.

"My name is Miya." I told her in a gentle tone.

She didn't saw any signs of disappoinment, she simply looked away.

I walked at the streets of Japan with a heavy feeling, the night sky is filled with stars and the wind is cold. And it's also getting late. I should really go back home.

I couldn't help but think about what happened earlier. Mom called me Keirin. According to Keigo Nii chan, when Mom was still carrying me in her womb, Keigo wanted me to name Keirin. Because Keigo and Keirin both starts with "Kei"

However, the HPSC was against this and named me Miya instead. Miya meant relaxed, beautiful or palace. From the very start, I am already their property. Whether they know me as Miya Takami, The Sky Hero Skyler. It doesn't change the fact that I was never free.

"Oh? Miya Chan!" A familiar voice called out. I turned to see Midoriya with a woman beside him.

"Midoriya." I smiled and waved my hands at him. He walked towards me and greeted me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked. I also greeted his Mom politely. "Good evening, Ma'am."

"Me and Mom went to the grocery and visited a flower shop." Midoriya looked excited. "Mom! This is the girl that I told you about!"

Mrs. Midoriya smiled brightly. "You must be Midoriya's friend that he is talking about! My name is Inko Midoriya."

"Ah, it's nice to meet you too."
