(Y/N) POV:

Once again this morning you were rushing around the compound, this time gathering the groggy Avengers and leading them into conference room A. Pepper, who was already standing at the front of the room, greeted you with a smile and a coffee in her hand. Taking the warm cup from her you smiled in appreciation.

"Do we have everyone?" She asked her eyes scanning the room.

"Everyone except Tony who's taking his sweet time to get down here," You rolled your eyes, "F.R.I.D.A.Y can you tell Tony, wherever he is, that he has less than five minutes to get down here before we have problems."

"Yes Miss." The AI said, causing everyone in the room to giggle slightly.

"In the meantime, Pepper and I called you guys down here today so we can touch base with everyone on a few things. First things first, now that we're in the new compound, Pepper will unfortunately not be around as often. Meaning, I'm taking over my real job in the administrative role again. Pepper will be on call to come up here in the chance we all get called out on a serious mission."

"While I won't be working from the compound, it doesn't mean I'm leaving you guys for good. I will also be taking the time to spend with my husband, and a new little life we'll be welcoming into this world, soon enough." Pepper beamed.

You knew Pepper was going to be staying with her husband in the city, you had no idea that, that was the reason why. The room erupted into cheers as your hands covered your large smile on your face, turning to her.

"You're pregnant?" You asked throwing your arms around her, in which she returned.

"Yes, and baby is due in May, so I need to spend the next six months preparing. I didn't want to spook you guys too soon."

Seeing Tony finally sneak in the back of the room, you exchanged a small smile with him, and a quick wink. After the excitement for Pepper died down, you handed out a file to each team member, their names marked on the front.

"Now, we obviously have upgraded the living standards here in the compound, and while there's plenty of things to do and play with, I want to make sure you all are keeping up with your training as it seems we're not going to be needed on a worldly basis for a while, hopefully." You laughed, "Now the schedules are in place so you guys aren't fighting over the training rooms. You're allowed to train with one another if you so choose. Also, I know a few of you will be away for a while, your schedules will remain the same and you're welcome to pick back up at any time."

"Leaving? Who's leaving?" Tony questioned from the back of the room, his eyes looked panicked.

When Tony finally opened up to you about the dream he's been having, you knew it wasn't good. He was scared, he built this compound to keep everyone together, but the teams do have their own responsibilities as well.

"Clint is headed back to be with his family for a while. Thor is heading back to Asgard to deal with some family issues. Wanda and Vis are taking a much needed vacation. Tony, it looks like you're going to have to put up with Steve, Nat, Bucky, Bruce and myself for a while. Sam and Rhodey will be in and out on missions. Team, just remember this is your home as well, and you can return at any time. Also, remember that if any of you come across anything that demands the entire teams immediate attention, text the word Shawarma. I'll be the first to contact you back for coordinates."

There was a series of head nods and sad smiles around the room. You had a heavy heart knowing some of the team were going to be leaving, especially so soon after moving in, but Christmas was only in two weeks, and you knew they'd want to be with their families.
