This is Daley,and he is a Droimeann Cow! He was originally a scrapped member of the Joy Joy Gang,and was chained to a wall in Zone 2 before Hangry and Cobalt found him. He now roams Waverly's Zone,looking for victims. His excellent hearing allows him to track Mortals easily,so the others don't even question when he says he knows where the Mortal is. And before you ask,yes,those 2 black things coming out of his head are indeed horns. He tends to be intimidating without meaning too,and he cam actually be quite nice.
