Culture
◦ Though all of the Clans are loyal, ShadowClanners are loyal to a fault. Due to this, they find it difficult to trust outsiders because they may not share the same devotion.
◦ ShadowClanners view themselves as the most capable, hardy warriors due to their poor and/or smaller territory.
◦ There are mixed feelings on the stigma their Clan carries. Some appreciate it, as it keeps the other Clans at arms-length; others feel the need to break down this barrier and reach out to the other Clans more.
◦ ShadowClanners are most active at night, as their prey of choice is awake during that time.
Battle
◦ In battle, it is easiest for ShadowClanners (compared to the other Clans) to turn a disadvantage into an advantage.
◦ If they anticipate a battle, they will roll in mud prior, both to mask their scent and to blend into their surroundings better.
◦ They have the least amount of verbal communication in battle than any of the other Clans, and rely almost exclusively on signals given both by the patrol leader and others.
Medicine
◦ In ShadowClan, it is widely known that drinking stagnant water from a puddle or the marsh can lead to severe cramps and illness. They make sure to drink from the nearby rivers instead.
◦ Their medicine cats have the most "grey" morals, and are the most willing to euthanize a patient if the patient asks for it via yewberries and poppy seeds, or other means.
