"Thank you, Nick, for yesterday." Samira said and gave Nick a bear crushing hug. He hugged her back and put his head on top of hers.

"No problem." He said and smiled to himself. The girl he liked was right now hugging him and they had become much better friends than they were before. There were no more ignoring each other or screaming at each other. Instead, they could have a normal conversation and they didn't ignore each other anymore. He was happy about it. Because now maybe he had a chance to get together with her.

Nick looked up over to the other side of the hallway to see his two closest best friends smirking at him. He rolled his eyes as Samira and him separated. She said goodbye before walking away to her class.

"Ooooo. How do you feel lover boy?" George asked as he walked up beside his best friend. Nick rolled his eyes and Clay put an arm around Nick's neck and ruffled Nick's hair.

"Hey! Stop that!" Nick yelled out and tried his best to get out of Clay's grip. But Clay just laughed and held Nick even tighter.

"You like her, don't you?" A voice from behind said and all three boys turned around to see who it was. Nick's face reddens in embarrassment as two of Samira's best friends walk over. Wilbur had a big smirk on his face, meanwhile Techno looked like every other time.

"Uhh, no?" Nick said and tried to hide the fact that he liked her. "What do you mean. I-"

"Oh, Nick stop lying now. We all know you like her." Techno said and stepped forwards with a small smirk forming on his face. Nick groaned and covered his face with his hands. "Just ask her already."

"Yeah, do that, cake face." Wilbur said and smirked at Nick's red face.

"She told you about that?" Nick asked and looked up at them with his best friends standing on the side laughing. Techno and Wilbur both nodded with grins on their faces.

"Of course, she did. We are her best friends after all." Wilbur stated and laughed. "I still remember how much I laughed when I heard the story. You do that too, Techno?"

"Yes, I still remember how fucking annoying you were." Techno said and crossed his arms over his chest. "Come on Wilbur. We need to go. You don't want to get late again."

"Goodbye Cake face!" Wilbur yelled as he was being dragged by Techno down the hallway. Clay and George stood there laughing their asses off as Nick stood there with a face red as a tomato. Nick later dragged his friends with him towards their class. But they would not stop teasing Nick all the way there. At last Nick walked away from them, but soon they came after him he rolled his eyes as the day had just started.

Samira sat bored in the school cafeteria waiting for her friends to arrive. That would take longer than normal. She knew that never went well, but not even Clay, Nick and George was there yet. Or Techno that would never be late. She started to worry about what could have happened. Could they be in trouble? Are they doing some crazy prank. She had so many questions and no answers. She then saw Niki, Minx and Puffy making their way over to her, with smirks on their faces. Now was Samira even more worried.

"Samira. My friend. How are you doing this great school day?" Minx asked and sat down in front of Samira. Niki and Puffy stood on each side of Minx.

"I'm doing fine, I think." Samira said and raised an eyebrow at her friends. "Okay, just get to the point."

"Okay, Samira. We need you to come with us." Minx said and got up. Samira slowly stood up and her friends took her arms dragging her with them. They slowly made their way out of the school cafeteria and to the exit of the school. And towards the sports field. Samira was confused to say at least. She had no idea what was happening.

"Please close your eyes." Niki said and smiled at Samira. Samira did as they said and closed her eyes. They led her somewhere and every step they took, did Samira get even more worried. What had they planned now? What was going to happen? Then they stopped.

"Now open your eyes!" Minx yelled out and Samira opened her eyes. There in front of her stood all her closest friends with smiles on their faces and yelled "happy birthday" to her. Samira smiled at her friends and looked around. There were some decorations here and there and a cake on a table.

Samira had totally forgot it was her birthday. With everything that happened she hadn't kept track of time. And totally forgot that her birthday was coming up.

"Thank you, guys! I had totally forgot it was my birthday." Samira laughed awkwardly and scratched the back of her neck.

"How can you even forget your own birthday?" Tommy questioned and ran over to her. He had a confused look on his face as he looked up at her.

"Well Tommy. It's not my fault I was in a car crash. Then I lost track of time. Because if you are at home for a long time, you most often lost track of time. So, Tommy-" Samira started, and Tommy rolled his eyes.

"Nope! I don't need to hear more than that!" Tommy said and ran away from the girl. She laughed at his behaviour and smiled at the others. They all hugged her and wished her a happy birthday. They later ate cake and told fun stories from when they became friends with Samira. They all laughed and had fun. Until they all left for their classes. Samira had a big smile on her face for the rest of the day.
