The Walk

Ash was sitting at a table as usual eating to his heart's content and once he was done stuffing his face and was full, he told Goh and Professor Cerise he is gonna go on a walk and soon he grabbed his hat, took his backpack and Pikachu jumped to his shoulder ready to leave, and once they walked put the door. They soon began to walk to the near forest that was by Vermillion City and they soon walked on the path that lead into the forest.

Chloe was walking back from school and was excited to head back to the lab as she was gonna she Ash, a few weeks back she was fighting with herself whether she likes Ash or not, but she finally had an argument with her mind and heart that she does like the Pallat born trainer and now she was walking back smiling. Once she got there she looked around for him as he usually would greet her at the door but he wasn't here these time so she wondered where he was, she saw Goh on the couch on his phone looking at something. "Hey Goh, where's Ash?" She asked and Goh looked up from his phone "Oh he went on a walk for today, he ate and soon told us his gonna go for a walk into the forest that's next to the lab. Why, did you need him?" She just shook her head no, but deep down she sorta needed him but she left it as she went and decided maybe to find him so she left her school bag and brought Eevee put of her Pokeball and they left to go look for Ash.

Meanwhile Ash was walking through the forests and soon he found a spot that he remembered he found, a certain spot he go to if he needed to do some thinking, the spot to him was very therapeutic. So he soon took off his bag and he let out his Pokémon Lucario, Sirfetch'd, and Dragonite and they saw the spot and immediately started running around as Ash saw some rock that was flat and he dusted it off before sitting down in the shade.

Chloe was walking down the path that she assumed Ash took and started walking down as Eevee sat on her shoulder. The two were walking for a while until they heard a Pikachu they know and soon started following the sounds and once they were closer they was Ash's Pokémon doing their own things. Lucario was sitting under a tree, as Pikachu and Dragonite were running around, playing and Sirfetch'd swinging his leek and was training own his own a little ways from Ash as he just sat in the shade and hummed to himself. Chloe watched and Lucario soon looked up and stared at her, he soon closed his eyes again knowing it wasn't a threat and soon all of Ash's Pokémon came beside him and sat down, they relaxed, Lucario had his mind on someone and Ash took notice of these, he soon sat up and asked the Lucario what's up, soon Lucario was out of his thoughts and blushed. Ash asked what he was thinking about and Lucario decided not to tell his trainer and soon Ash gave up, and he looked over toward Chloe's way and he saw her. He looked at her and smiled. "Hey Chloe, what are you doing here?" He asked and soon Chloe blushed as she remembered why she came and soon walked out of the bushes.

"Uh Hey Ash, what are you doing all the way out here?" Chloe said shyly as she was semi alone with her crush and now was looking like a beet, soon Ash looked up and saw these and asked her if she was okay, she said she was fine. Soon the two sat in the rock together and Ash was just taking it all in, Ash loves the sounds of Pokémon in the forest and the sounds of water, Chloe watched in admiration and was staring quite happily at him. Soon Ash turning her way and she immediately turned away, now flustered and such, Ash soon asked her something "Hey Chloe, do you have someone special, like that person you love to be around?" He asked and she looked at him and just blushed 'why is he saying these' she thought "I was wondering, I mean there were some friends back then I really did enjoy being around." Then immediately she knew he wasn't talking in that way and more of friends and such. "Yeah, there's someone I love being around." She said

Ash then asked Chloe if she wanted to walk around a bit and so she agreed and Ash returned his Pokémon and let Lucario stay out of the ball and have him walk eith them, soon Pikachu and Eevee were playing around while they walked through the forest trees. Ash decided to tell Chloe some stories that happened on his Journey, Chloe listened and she just laughed at some stuff he said. Soon once Ash was done she shared some storied with him as well and soon they were talking and Pikachu and Eevee were ahead of them chatting as well, Lucario in the other hand was thinking still about that other Pokémon he too had a crush on and was blushing thinking about it, Chloe saw these and soon asked Ash if Lucario had a crush on any of the Pokémon back at the laboratory. These made Lucario soon snap out of his thoughts and somewhat looked embarrassed, he tuned their conversation out and just kept walking

"What makes you think that Chloe?" Ash replied "Look at his face, it's all pink and such and he keeps smiling to itself as if it's thinking about someone else." "Now that you mention that, he has been hanging a lot with Goh's Cinderace more frequently. WAIT YOUR SAYING LUCARIO HAS A CRUSH ON CINDERACE?!" Ash said and Chloe nodded in response. They kept walking and Chloes feet were getting tired so they stopped and took a little break under a tree. "Ahhh, that feels better on my feet" "Eevee!" Eevee responded joyfully. Ash took out a a couple sandwiches and he gave one to Chloe, gave one to Pikachu and Eevee so they can split and gave one to each of his Pokémon and soon they ate together, enjoying each other presences.

Ash and Chloe sat together and talked while they ate, once they were done eating Ash returned his Pokémon and Pikachu jumped on his shoulder and Lucario got up and stood by them, Chloe soon finished and they continued their walk through the forest, Chloe was now thinking that maybe these is the best time for a confession, once they kept walking, the saw a cliff side and it had a beautiful scenery so they sat down and Pikachu and Eevee sat near each other as Lucario sat alongside them, all 5 looking st the view in front of them, mesmerized by it. Chloe soon gathered up her courage and spoke "Hey Ash?" "Yeah Chloe?" "I have something to tell you, something that I have been wanting to tell you for a while now." "What is it Chloe?" "I-I have been fe-feeling for a while now, Ash I have been feeling some stuff towards you for a while now, feelings that make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside me and everytime I look at you, I feel like I could rule the world. What I'm just trying to say is...is that I-I LOVE YOU ASH!" She closed her eyes, scared to death but she wanted to know his answer and soon he spoke.

"I feel the same way" Chloe soon opened her eyes and saw him staring right back at her, making her become flustered again and soon her brain finally registered what he said. "Wait you feel the same way?" She said while looking into those hazel brown eyes "Yeah, for a good while too." He looked back into those green emerald eyes and soon he had a pink tint on his thunderbolt shaped cheeks. Soon he grabbed her and kissed her, she wasn't expecting these and now becoming flustered she just looked like a red beet and he pulled back after 5 seconds and he was flustered as well, seemed like he had enough courage to pull that off and soon she calmed down a bit, now she asked Ash "Ash will you be my boyfriend?" She asked the Pallation "Yes!" He said and they both soon hugged each other "I love you Ash." "Love you too Chloe, love you too." He said while Chloe Buried her head into his neck.

Soon they headed back to the lab hand in hand and both being blushing messes, Ash was happy and tbe same could be said for Chloe, these walk will be special to them both as they walked back happily enjoying the walk they had together.
