Nico's Pizza was a small pizzeria right near Pichola Lake. There was hardly any seating inside and once Abhi and Akshu got their order, Akshu motioned Abhi to follow her to a bench facing the lake. She sat down and motioned Abhi to sit down as well. "I'm sure you had better pizza, but this is my favorite." Akshu said taking a bite.
Abhi took a bite as well. "Mmm....this is pretty good. Tastes like authentic N.Y style pizza." Akshu beamed.
"I know this is not fancy but I like eating here. I am sorry for ruining your dinner...but I feel more at home in such places then the places you are used to...I.."
"Akshu." Abhi interrupted her. "I don't care where we eat. All I care about is spending time with you. And...." Abhi looked around. "This is perfect. Because you are next to me."
Akshu tried not to blush. "Acha..filmy mat bano." Abhi laughed. "Abhi, kya tum sach mein mujhse shaadi karna chahte ho?" Abhi nodded. "Kyun? Tumne khud kaha tha ke you want someone more like....Ananya? I'm the exact opposite."
"Akshu. Tumhe yaad hai tum ne kya kaha tha? In matter of hearts, we shouldn't think. Those things happen on their own. I like you. Why? I don't know. I just do. Mujhe tumhari ulti pulti harkatein achi lagti hai. Tumhara pagalpan acha lagta hai. Mujhe tum achi lagti ho. When I'm around you, I feel happy. Mere dil ko sukoon milta hai."
"You love me?" Akshu quietly asked.
"Do I? Is this love? I don't know. Maybe I do. But whatever it is, I want to have this feeling forever. Tumhe mere saath acha nahi lagta hai?"
"Lagta hai. Magar tum mere dost ho. Jaise Neil hai? Jaise Sahil hai. I like spending time with you magar shayad I don't feel the same as you."
"Yet. Tum ne khud kaha you think it's better to fall in love after marriage? Tumhare liye, main woh chance lene ke liye ready hoon."
"Aur agar pyar nahi hua toh?"
"Akshu, agar tum bohat cool ho, toh main bhi kam nahi!" Abhi grinned at her.
"True. At least you are hot." Akshu realized what she said and gasped. "Mere matlab hai, at least you are good looking. Our future kids will be good looking for sure."
"KYA?"
Akshu covered her mouth with her hand. "Don't tell Aaru I said that!" Abhi started to laugh which made Akshu laugh too.
"You don't have to decide now. We can go on a few more dates?"
"Sahi hai....7 din, ladki in type."
"Sure?" Abhi had to learn a whole new language if he was serious about marrying her.

After they finished eating, they continued to sit on the bench and talk.
"Just to let you know, agar hamari shaadi hogayi aur mujhe tum se pyar hogaya toh phir bhi Sid mere pehla pyar hoga." Akshu informed Abhi.
"Kaun Sid?" Abhi asked in surprise. Akshu had a boyfriend? Aarohi toh said....
"Siddharth Malhotra!"
"The actor?" Phew.
"Haan."
"Akshu, I think I need to watch a few movies ... last Bollywood movie I've seen was...I don't remember! Let's watch Channa Meraya!"
"Channa Meraya?? That's a song!! Okay we can watch....oh my! Abhi yeh movie toh hamari story hai!" Akshu exclaimed.
"Woh kaise?"
"Dekho. Ladka aur ladki BFFs hain jaise hum dono. Ladki bohat cool hai jaise ke main aur ladke ko pyar hojata hai lekin ladki ko nahi...phir end mein ladki mar jahti hai...Matlab I'm not dying and there is no sexy ex in my life and I guess Ananya can be Saba? And your not filmy and we are not going around Europe in a private jet aur...but I guess baki sab same hai."
"Well so we won't be watching this." Abhi shook his head.
"Oooh let's watch Hasee Toh Phasee with my bae Sid...so in this movie, kya hota hai na..."
"Akshu. Let's just watch it?"
Akshu smiled. "Okay! Tomorrow?"
"Okay, yes! I will like that."
"Acha but can we order more pizza now?"

"Well so Aaru bachpan se bohat bossy hai..." Akshu started to shiver as it started to get windy. Abhi took off his coat and put over Akshu's shoulders. Akshu gave him a thankful look. "Ooh last slice! Wanna share?" Akshu said cutting the slice in half and handing the other half to Abhi.
Abhi watched her as she finished eating her slice. The open sky full of stars, the light wind, the lake....and Akshu. He couldn't have imagined a perfect night even if he tried. He smiled at Akshu going on about something to do with Aaru. He was too busy looking at her face with the moon glowing on it. "Mujhe na bachpan se lagta hai ke Mimi ki Momo ki atma Aaru mein hai aur..." Akshu stopped as Abhi leaned over and brought his face closer to hers. "Abhi....?" Akshu whispered. He came near her more and brushed his cheek and against hers. "Abhii.." Akshu whispered again. Abhi took a napkin and wiped the side of her lips.
"You had sauce on your mouth." Abhi whispered in her ear before moving away. Akshu tried to look away blushing. "So what were you saying?"
"I...ummm...shall we go home?" Akshu said getting up avoiding looking at him.
Abhi grinned. "Ya. Let's go."
Is Akshu slowly melting? Abhi still doesn't think it's love...is it though?
