Kate was pleased to hear that the twins had been much better while she had been at work because that meant they could go back to school tomorrow. Liam updated her on the others, "I won't be in tomorrow though" Liam said anxiously.
"They'll be fine, Abi is doing much better and she will be able to keep an eye on Louis for us. I'm sure they will be able to go back by Wednesday" Kate smiled before she went to change and start making dinner.

Louis was lying in his bed holding his cramping stomach, he had never felt this much pain and he was getting fed up of constantly having to dash to the bathroom. He looked up and forced a smile as Niall came bounding in. "Are you still going to watch the football with me later?" He asked hopefully.
"Course... wouldn't miss it mate" he said, not wanting to let his brother down.
"Yesss!" Niall cheered before chanting and singing their teams name. Louis winced slightly  but managed to give his brother a thumbs up before he charged out of his room shouting for Harry.

Once everyone, apart from Louis had had their dinner Niall and Harry got the TV set up for the match. "Louis!" Niall shouted. Liam laughed slightly and rolled his eyes, "shush Ni, too loud".
"Sorry" Niall said with a cheeky grin.

Kate decided to go up and see if her eldest son was still up for the football, she didn't want him to feel pressured. When she got to his room she knocked and smiled sympathetically when she saw he had made it to the edge of his bed but his arms were hugging his stomach. "You okay?" She asked walking over and feeling his head.
"M'fine just a bit sore" he said, standing up slowly. Kate nodded and put her arm round his waist, worried how unsteady he was. "Do you think food would help?" Louis shook his head. "Cup of tea?" She offered. Louis couldn't help but smile, "a cuppa fixes everything" he said.
"So is that a yes?" She smiled and Louis nodded.

Once Kate had made tea for the older children and herself and Liam she sat on the sofa next to Louis. Usually he was much more animated when watching football but today he leaned into her side tiredly. She played his his hair and rubbed his stomach softly. It wasn't even half time when Louis had to get up quickly and go to the bathroom. He then decided to get himself ready for bed and crawl under the covers. His mum came to find him at half time. He was in the foetal position, his stomach cramping. "Guess tea doesn't fix everything" he said forcing one of his cheeky smiles. Kate laughed softly, "who'd have thought". She stayed with him until he fell asleep.

Liam was out of the door at the crack of dawn wanting to go to the gym before the studio. Kate and the twins left for school at their usual time. She had left the eldest two with clear instructions of what to do if they needed her and she also left their grandparent's numbers. Louis hadn't been sick in the night so she was feeling more confident that he was getting better. He was also hopeful but the crippling stomach cramps were making him anxious.
