Louis was up first the next morning, mainly due to the fact he hadn't really had any sleep and he was in pain. He made himself a cup of tea and watched Match of the Day on catch up. In between sips of his tea he placed the mug over his stomach, trying to ease some of the discomfort. Niall soon came bounding down the stairs followed by his twin. "Louis!"
Harry grinned sitting next to his eldest brother and snuggling into his side. Louis smiled and carefully put his arm around his curly haired brother. The three of them watched TV until everyone else came down for breakfast. Louis really didn't want to eat anything but he knew how funny his parents were if they didn't eat breakfast. He took small mouthfuls of his porridge swallowing it down with water as his stomach protested. As soon as Louis had finished he put his bowl into the dishwasher and rushed upstairs. Kate raised her eyebrows and Liam as if to say 'something is wrong' Liam just shook his head but when Kate narrowed her eyes he sighed and went to check on Louis.
Upstairs the shower was running which satisfied Liam that his son was okay. However, what he didn't realise was Louis has put it on to disguise the noise of him being sick and using the toilet yet again.
Louis' day didn't improve but so far he was doing a good job at disguising it as he messed around with his friends. Luckily he didn't have the same friends in each class so no one has noticed how often he had to leave lessons that day. The lesson before lunch was maths, Louis' least favourite both because of the subject and the teacher. Not long into the lesson Louis stomach was really playing up, cramps were hitting him every few minutes and when his stomach began to gurgle he knew he didn't have long. He raised his hand. "Yes Louis" the teacher.
"Can I go to the toilet please" he asked.
"Absolutely not, it's lunch soon, you're a big boy so can hold it" the teacher said before turning his attention back to the sum they were solving on the board. Louis was about to protest when his stomach really turned. He stood up and grabbed his things before sprinting out of the classroom to the nearest toilets. He ignored the shouts and threats of detention from the teacher.Unfortunately, he had gone a bit by the time he managed to pull his school trousers down. He sat on the toilet hands in his hair as he groaned out in pain. After 10 minutes he was done, it was then that he noticed the blood in his boxers and the toilet. He knew he couldn't go back to class with soiled pants and he couldn't face going to the office for a spare spare of pants at his age but the main reason he ended up calling his parents was because the blood had him worried.
Kate couldn't get out of work but made Louis an emergency doctors appointment for that afternoon. Liam went to pick his son up. Louis was waiting for him in front of the school, he was crouched over in pain. Liam shook his head sadly and got him into the car.
Once home Louis cleaned himself up and spent the rest of the day in the bathroom or curled up in pain on the sofa.
Kate left school with the twins as soon as her class had left and was picking Abi up on the way home. "we go to the park?" Niall asked as they drove to the high school. "Not today honey" she said as they pulled up at the school. "Where is Louis?" Harry asked confused when only Abi walked over.
"Please tell me the rumours about Louis aren't true" Abi said dramatically as she got in.
"I don't know what these rumours are" Kate said in frustration at how cruel teens could be, "but your brother is not well" she said, her tone ending the conversation.By the time they arrived home Liam and Louis had left for the doctors.
