After school there was a whole year assembly, which meant we had to stay later than the time school normally ended. Which is so unnecessary and long because they will probably just talk to us about our mental well being same shit every day.
I walked into the hall where Lily was walking behind me and walked down into an isle and Lily sat next to me. We sat there for about five minuets waiting for everyone else to get into the hall and sat down. God why do these people walk like depressed sloths for fuck sake I wanna go home.
Everyone was finally sat and the assembly began.
"Hello everyone sorry to keep your time after school but I promise I will make it quick. There's just some things that you need to be aware of" The Headteacher said standing at the front of the hall in front of everyone with a white board that was being projected with slide shows. Will she hurry the fuck up.
"Right. So I'm sure you have all heard there's been a rumour of vampires going around. I don't know why you guys would make up such weird rumours" she said. Has she actually just called us into this assembly to talk about the vampire situation? Piss taker.
"I just want to make you all aware, to those of you who may be a bit frightened by these rumours. Vampires are not real" She added onto her sentence. She gave us a whole lecture about not to panic about the vampires because they aren't real. Which I didn't even believe they were real in the first place.
Evening
I was all packed and ready for the morning. We're only going away for a week. It better be warm at night at least. My phone buzzed at it was max
Max - Do u believe anything headteacher said?
Sara - Yeah. They aren't real... do u actually think they're real
Max - yeah...
Sara - Vampires aren't real, neither are werwolves or any weird creature from twilight.
I cannot believe the majority of my friend group are stressing about these stupid vampires. THEY ARE NOT REAL. HOW MANY TIMES AM I GONNA HAVE TO SAY IT!
