Ch.6 friends?

Calum's POV

I woke up to the sound of the doorbell ringing. I looked down at Valerie and saw she was still asleep. I slowly unwrapped my arm from her waist, getting out of the bed and put my clothes on. I tiptoed my way to the door. Trying to be as quite as possible to not wake up Valerie.

I opened the door and was met with a tattooed stranger. I'm very confused on to why he is here. Was Val expecting him today, I thought.
"Who are you," I asked?
"I'm here to see Valerie," he answered.

He completely ignored my question. I went to close the door but he stopped me by pushing the door with his hands.

"That was a pretty rude thing you were going to do there," he smirked.

"Get the hell out of here!" I shouted annoyed.

Val's POV

I woke up to screaming coming from outside my room. I made my way to where the commotion was coming from. When I went to look it was Calum screaming at Harry. It looked like Calum was about to punch Harry. I quickly rushed over to stop Calum.

"Calum stop," I said urgently.

"You know this guy?", he faced me.

"Yeah, he's my neighbor," I answered.

Calum went inside the house and gathered his stuff. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and said goodbye. He nudged Harry's shoulder, giving him a glare. I went out the door to ask Calum what the hell is happening but I was to late. He was already in his car.

I faced Harry and gave him a very confused look.

"What did you tell him?" I crossed my arms.

"Nothing I swear, I guess he got the wrong message," he shrugged.

"So why are you here in the first place?" I questioned.

"Oh I was bored and decided to come here since I have no one else to bother," he laughed.

I gave him an 'are you serious look' and walked inside with him behind me.

"Do you want anything to eat," I offered.

"No I actually wanted to take you out some where." He scratched the back of his neck in a nervous manner.

I was contemplating if I should go with him or not, for a few seconds.

"Okay yea sure wait here I'm going to get dressed." I ran off towards my room.

I opened my closet and thought on what to wear. When I finally agreed on an outfit, I entered my bathroom and took a five minute shower. I put on my clothes and applied a reasonable amount of makeup.

I left my room and met Harry in the kitchen. When he saw me he looked me up and down, giving me a smirk. I blushed red, shifting my weight on my left leg.

"Come on, lets go." He grabbed my wrist and led us outside. We walked to his car and he opened the door for me. I gave him a small smile and got in. Moments later, we were both in the car driving to God knows where.

"Do you know where your going? Cause we've been going in circles for the past hour now." I giggled.

"Okay I didn't want to say this, but I don't know Australia at all and I was going to ask if you can show me around," he spoke, giving me a smile with his adorable dimples.

"I knew it." I laughed loudly.

We settled on going to the board walk, my favorite place ever. (A/N: I don't know if there's board walks in Australia but just go along with it lol.)

We finally made if after giving Harry so many damn directions. Harry ran to my side of the door and opened it for me.

We walked around the board walk, until we stopped in front of a band playing a beautiful song. Harry looked at me and quickly pulled me into him trying to make me dance. (A/N: play gold rush by Ed sheeran it will make the moment cuter and yes I know I'm obsessed with him.)

Harry and I swayed to the music listening to every lyric in the song.

"But I do it for the love waiting on the gold rush keep it on the edge smoking on a roll up". The band sang with such an angelic voice.

"So you're one of those guys who try to act tough but in the inside, you're an absolute cutie." He twirled me around with a giggle.

"You can say that," he responded.

We danced until the song ended. When we went into a halt me and Harry just stood there hand to hand staring at each others eyes. Without hesitation we both started to lean in, until I remembered I have a boyfriend. When we were just millimeters away, I quickly pulled away from our trance.

I look down giving him an embarrassed smile. While he stood there scratching his neck giving me an awkward smile.

"I think we should go," he said.

"Yea we should it's getting late." I instantly agreed with him.

We awkwardly walked to his car still not forgetting what almost happened. Is it wrong to say that I kinda did want to kiss him?

We finally arrived back to my house and Harry walked me to my front door.

"Thank you Harry, I had a lot of fun." I smiled.

"You're welcome till next time, Ms. Martin." We both laughed in sync.

Before he left I shouted "Wait does this make us friends?"

"I guess it does!" he shouted back.

After that He turned around and got in his car. It was so funny because his house was right next to mine. I silently giggled and went inside my house. I actually really had an amazing time. Who knew a guy that looked so intimidating, can turn out to be so sweet. I wish Calum would be as much fun as Harry was.

As I thought about Calum, I totally forgot of the encounter I found this morning. They're obviously not on good terms. How am I supposed to fix this now.
