The Ice Dragon Hero : Draco
(Their hero name is based off the constellation Draco(latin) with the english name/meaning of dragon)

Quirk - Ice Dragon
・can create Ice (or snow) from  hands and sometimes with feet.
・can create objects out of ice, platforms, walls, or spikes. Possiblitys are quite large.
・Can remove any of the items or attacks created by focusing, they would then burst into small ice shards that would turn to snow and dissaper. The ice shards wouldnt do any damage to those around an instantly dissapear.
・can regulate body tempatures to extremely low temps, and even a rooms tempature if focused enough on spreading their own temp.
・ able to have an area start snowing for a sort time, but doesnt use the abiltity much. (The area can span to at least 10ft around them with enough energy and their focus isnt broken when 'casting')
      > If emotions are strong enough area could cause frostbite to those in the area.
・immume to the cold, so it doesnt effect
・They have the wings of a dragon, they arent a full dragon but they have certain factors.
・When in true form their wings are big enough to hold themselves and are strong enough fo them to hold other people while flying as well.
・In true form they also have a slightly greater sense of hearing, as well as can sense people's aura's if they focus. This allows for detection of someone in a certain area (around 25ft in all directions they can sense a persons aura and gather an idea if they are good or bad)
     > If they are very close to the person they might be able to sense if the person is in danger at any range/distance.
・in true form they have claws (which they can sharpen for attacks)
・in hybrid form (which they are commonly in) they do not have claws or strong enough wings to fly. (But they can lift themselves at least 2ft into the air and simply 'float' there), their hearing is still slightly inhanced, and their sensing range of auras is down to 10ft (minus if they are close to them)

Drawbacks -
・When using their quirk their body begans to freeze with a frostbite like look on their skin. (Starts commonly on their hands or feet if in use) when creating items/attacks out of ice the frostbite would spread more the long its present. Upon getting rid if it, the frostbite that had spread with the presence would dissaper. But the initial frostbite would stay.
・Parts that have the frostbite like pattern will be harder to move causing slower movements. Making moblity lacking.
・The bigger the object or attack is the more initial frostbite there would be. An area of snow/ice around them can cause them to lose control of their ablity quicker and might overdo themselve.
・When being completely covered in the frostbite their entire body would end up like a frozen statue. No movement, no sound, nothing. Their still alive but their body froze its self to do self recovery from what frostbite they had (this would also cause them to be in their form they were in when it happened) Heat would NOT help the case when it comes to being frozen or the frostbite.
・Being a frozen statue the time it takes to recover can vary. The first few times it happened they stayed like that for about 5-7 hours. Though commonly after improving it takes about 3 hours.
・When recovered and out of their frozen form they will be extremely drained (which doesnt help the fact they doesnt sleep a lot) meaning they'll need to eat, drink and sleep before they can even think of fully recovering (they will also have to be in their true form)
・Being in their human form or hybrid form can drain their energy (human form draining more) and they would have to be in their true form. They will still be tired so they will need rest. Other wise, their ablities are limited and could be harmful to themselve or others if used in their tired/drained state.
・If they become extremly angry its possible for them to lose control of their dragon side of their quirk. Which they would then be in their true form, they tend to ignore everything around them, they might end up attacking anyone (or the person that pissed them off) they cant control themselve and are blinded by rage, in which case someone will have to step in and try and stop them. But they will avoid someone if they aren't close enough to them. They will seem like a feral animal. If they somehow mange to talk, its in a completely different languague which is unknown basically to everyone but themselve (they have a journal in which they made that they can let people copy if they wish to try an understand them)
      > Their family each has a copy of this language but it tends to be confusing. Shinso has also began to try and learn it in case of trying to help them.
