Leo POV
I walked downstairs and out into the back alleyway, I didn't know why, but it was my natural instinct to do so. I came across a huge brick wall, and my instincts just took over, I grabbed a stick off the ground and tapped a brick, my mind told me that this was how you got into Diagon alley. The wall opened up, each brick moving away to reveal a bustling street full of people wearing strange clothes.
Piper was resting and Nico would be coming down in a minute, so I decided to head to the bank, that's where we get all the money to buy the things on the list. I walked through the road, taking in all the shops, people kept giving me looks, probably because I was covered in oil. I stopped when I got Infront of a large green building. I can't stand things like this, the building was so crooked and wonky that it defied every law of physics out there.
I opened the door to a large and grand room, desks lined the halls, and sitting at the desks, well, they didn't look like gnomes, basically non-green yodas.
I got in line behind a group of kids my age, there were two boys, one with black hair and green eyes, sort of like Percy, another boy with orange hair and freckles, and a girl with frizzy brown hair.
The boy with orange hair faced the boy with black hair and said, "I still can't believe their making us repeat the year, it's rubbish!"
"Ron, their not making us repeat the year, their just making up for the things we missed last year, were not repeating anything," The girl replied.
I looked past them, it was a long line, I started to take gears and pipe cleaners out of my toolbelt. I fiddled with the tools and started to build, well, I didn't know.
I so absorbed in my fiddling that I didn't notice until I was almost at the front of the line, the group in front of me gave the non-green yoda at a lectern three keys, the yoda told them to wait on the side for a while.
