As Courtney re-entered the room Saige had just finished composing a message to the gossip page debunking the rumor. After a quick glance over and stamp of approval from Courtney, she hits send. She wondered about how long her message would sit in the gossip page's dms but after ten minutes or so she gets notified that the account has liked her message. After another five or so minutes a new story is up. It is a screenshot of the original story with 'UPDATE' written across it in bold letters. A new block of text at the bottom reads:
"Extremely credible inside source close to Shayne debunked this rumor, there is no new mystery person in Shayne Topp's life and the other people at the table are all just close friends and family. No big conspiracy, maybe next time."
Saige and Courtney both let out sighs of relief.
"Wow, one day out with your brother and I am already wrapped up in a scandal, what a crazy time."
Courtney's voice actually seems to have relaxed and turned back to a lighthearted joking tone. Saige immediately quips back.
"That's what we get for hanging out with such a big time celebrity."
Courtney scrunches up her nose in faux offense.
"Saigey are you mocking me?"
"Oh absolutely I am, Courty."
The girls erupt into a fit of giggles. Courtney decides to mock her back a little.
"Now can we get back on track and talk about more important things?"
Saige tilts her head in confusion.
"Like...?"
Courtney gets a devious smile and begins singing.
"Like, Saige and Damien sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g, first-"
Courtney is interrupted by a pillow hitting her face.
"You're so dead Miller."
"Bring it on Ryan."

After Damien feels confident that Shayne is in a better head space, and after Damien wins another couple rounds of Mario Kart, he heads back to his apartment to get some things done before his Sunday stream. As soon as he gets in the door his cats are doing figure eights around his ankles begging for attention and treats.
"Yes hello friends, let me get settled and I will get you guys some dinner."
After feeding the cats and and unpacking a couple more moving boxes Damien sends out a tweet to let people know that the stream will be starting soon. As he makes some adjustments to his streaming setup he can feel his phone hum with likes and replies to his tweet. Looking through the notification he sees both Courtney and Saige have liked the tweet. He feels a bit of a flutter seeing Saige's name as well as a feeling of grateful surprise seeing Courtney's. He hits their profile and follows them back before putting his phone on silent and starting his countdown screen.
