"Um, you want to see me?" Steve asked his father as he walks towards him.

"Your mother insisted to make a golf here on our property," his father said.

"I don't know why he thinks that boys love golf," His father said looking at the view.

"2-UNDER-PAR, BABY!" They heard Tony shout at the other side as the boys plays golf.

"Well, others love it," Steve said while Joseph just sighed.

"Well, anyway, she's a little peeved, well, apparently I wasn't the bed host last night," Joseph said looking at him.

"Yeah," Steve whispered.

"It was a little bit shocking, finding out that you're getting married," Joseph said, Steve just looks at the ground not wanting to talk about it but his father continued.

"Especially when none of us even knew that you were dating," he continued.

Joseph then sighed, "The point is," He stopped as he looks back at the view.

"Is?" Steve asked.

"I owe you an apology," his father said offering his hand for Steve to shake it which he did.

"Accepted," Steve said with a small smile.

He was about to walk away but his father stopped him, "Wait, there's something else," Joseph said.

"So, um, I've been going on my retirement plan recently," His father said, "And it got me thinking," he continued.

"I've done a lot of things in my life, like building an empire with your mom from the ground up," he said.

"It doesn't mean anything unless-"

"Unless you have someone to leave it to," Steve said interrupting him as he sighs.

"Yeah, we already discussed this," Steve said giving up.

"Well I'd like to discuss it again," Josep said making Steve shut up.

"You have a lot of responsibilities here," Joseph said.

"I think that I've been more than understanding about your goofing off in Ney York," he said.

"Now, I need you to quit playing around," Joseph said raising his voice.

"Here we go again," Steve said annoyed.

"When are you gonna start taking what I do seriously?" Steve asked him.

"When you start acting seriously," his father answered.

"I'm sorry, I feel sorry for you dad," Steve said shaking his head.

"I wish that you had another son who's old enough to take over the empire," Steve said looking away from his father.

"I really do, I wish that Pietro would finally grow old enough, and I wish that he wants to stay here to take over the family business," Steve said.

"And I hope that he'll marry someone that you approve of," Steve continued.

"But you know that it's not me, now, it must be strange to you about my life in new york," Steve said.

"Sitting on an office chair, doing whatever my boss asks me to do," Steve said making his father looks somewhere else too.

"But it makes me happy, that's what parents need to understand, your child can't live their life if you're just gonna boss around them, telling them what to do instead," Steve said looking at his father.

His father nodded, "If that's what makes you happy, then I got nothing to say, son," his father said.

"Well, that's a first," Steve said.
