MAX'S POINT OF VIEW

"Hi, Lando!" Leyla sweetly spoke standing up from the bed and trying her best to fix her hair and dress to look presentable for Lando.

She gave him a smile, but Lando was on the other side shocked. He looked at me and Leyla in confusion, clearly realizing the bad timing he chose to show up to my house.

"Oh, I'm so sorry... I just... I... I wanted to take you Max for a run to train for the race. I wouldn't know you guys..." Lando nervously spoke looking left and right at me and Leyla, agitated like he always gets.

"It's alright, mate..." I shook my head interrupting his excuses just before I turned my head looking at the table at Leyla's phone ringing. I grabbed it and handed it to her shortly checking who was calling. Zane.

"Oh, Zane must be worried all over again." Leyla looked at the screen before picking up. "Hello?... Yeah, sorry... It's alright, I'm at Max's... Okay, I'm dropping the pin right now." She ended the call.

"Is he picking you up?" I asked stepping towards her.

"Yeah." She nodded looking up at me. "Well, just in time, you guys can go for a run!" She smiled making me look at Lando thinking that going for a run was the last thing I would have wanted now. "See you later, guys!" Leyla walked to the door waving at us and left.

I threw myself on the couch letting out a deep sigh. Lando gave me a concerned look as he took a seat next to me placing his hand on my shoulder tapping it. He couldn't be any more confused at this point.

"Mate, what's going on?" He questioned as I rubbed my eyes. "You've been drunk since the day we were at the Casino. Or maybe I should say... The day you met Leyla, more specifically."

"I'm fucking falling in love with her, Lando. Last night I was so damn drunk, I wanted to have her so badly, but I couldn't... I was afraid I might lose her from the start if I did anything so soon and when she was drunk like that. I can't tell you how hard I battled myself. What the fuck do I do? Monaco is so close and I'm a mess."

"Max, I've never seen you like this, so you have to listen to me. It's crystal clear she feels the same for you. Otherwise she wouldn't be here. Not to mention how worried she instantly was when you got into that fight at the club. Everything will come naturally."

"It's been a couple of days... How is it possible to feel like this? I wanted her from the first moment I saw her." I nervously ran my fingers through my hair messing it up even more.

"Anything's possible. I think you need to relax. You'll have her with you in the garage, in the paddock..." Lando really tried his best to make me feel better.

"Oh yeah I will, but I'll be stressed as fuck with her wandering alone while I'm busy with Christian or on track." I looked angry at Lando as he wasn't getting my point at all.

"Are you out of your mind? What can possibly happen?"

"Lewis checked her out big time yesterday."

"No way..." Lando's eyes widened. "Are you sure?"

"Damn sure. We met in Cannes and he eyed her head to toe right in my face. Then he stalked her on Instagram. He already has his eyes on Leyla."

"We'll take care of her, Max. That jerk won't take a step next to her. But don't let Lewis see what she means to you, it'll motivate him even harder to try something."

"He's a deadman walking if he tries anything."

LEYLA'S POINT OF VIEW

"All I'm saying is just to take care. Max seems like a great guy." Zane just ended his daily session of advices pulling up into the garage.

"I'm taking a shower and we're straight going out to eat something. I have a terrible hangover and I'm starving." I said as Zane followed me inside my apartment where Jasmine and MacKenzie were waiting for us.

"Girl, you spent the night with your champ!" Jasmine and MacKenzie literally assaulted me as I just stepped inside the living room.

"Girls, it really is nothing!"

I rolled my eyes laughing at them, but I was too tired to deal with inside jokes about Max after Lando just busted us the way he did. Therefore I was quick to get ready as we all left to go downtown.

"Can you even drive after last night?" Zane asked noticing I opened the door of my car ready to get in.

"I'll show you how I can drive!" I playfully said as Zane gave me a smirk revving his engine.

We sped away with no clear destination yet. I took out my phone to record how I accelerated past Zane overtaking him then moved the phone to film MacKenzie as she drove her car right beside mine. We pulled up in front of a restaurant MacKenzie suggested to go to and posted the video to my Instagram story.

We sat down at a table as I was leafing through the menu suddently not feeling like eating anything at all. I deeply sighed not paying attention to the others anymore as the only thing on my mind was Max and how I slept in his arms.

How cute was the moment when Max grabbed my hand in front of Lewis... What was that? Oh...Wait. That's it. Lewis! I grabbed my phone and checked my story views and my heart skipped a beat for a moment feeling like I would simply just drop my phone. @LewisHamilton was again in my story views list.

"Guys..." I gasped getting everyone's attention. "Lewis Hamilton is fucking stalking me."

"Leyla, calm down. What the fuck are you talking about?" Zane frowned bending over the table just to look at the screen of my phone. "Why would he do that?"

"It's the second time he checks out what I post." I explained. "I'm clueless."

"Does Max know about this?" MacKenzie asked making me turn towards her.

"He knows Lewis watched my story once and his blood was already boiling. Max can't know it happened all over again..."

"You should totally tell Max!" Jasmine exclaimed as I placed my hands on my face wishing I'd literally disappear. "It's literally his worst enemy we're talking about!"

"No way! Max will get so angry and get himself in trouble like he did at the club all over again! I don't want anything to happen to him. And the Monaco Grand Prix is in less than two weeks. He doesn't need his head full of this nonsense with Lewis. So don't even mention it around him!" I tried my best to make them understand it was for the better.

"I don't know what to say about this..." MacKenzie shrugged giving me an uncertain look.

"Plus, guys... What can possibly happen anyway?" I shook my head trying to brush away any thought of Lewis.
