I took four more tests and they all came back with the same answer. I was going to have a little baby in a few months. As soon as I cleaned myself up, we all went back downstairs to see Harry holding the twins, about to walk up the stairs.
"Oh, Lou, we're leaving. We have a long drive. You ready?" I nodded and followed him out the door, hugging all of my family goodbye.
Three hours later when we got home, it was nine pm and I let the twins have some juice and tv time before I got them ready for bed. While they watched Elmo, I cleaned up the kitchen.
As I was putting some sippy cups away, u saw a bottle sitting at the back of the cupboard. I picked it up, and smiled at it. Even though I didn't think it was the right time, I couldn't say I wasn't happy to have a little one around again.
"Hey love," Harry mumbled, kissing my neck. His hair was still dripping from the shower and his stubble tickled me. "Why're holding that?"
"I just saw it in the cupboard." I turned around to face him and he was only in some basketball shorts.
"You were looking at it like it was the heart of all your joy."
"Look, H, we need to talk when the twins go to sleep."
"Oh yeah I need to tell you something too." He kissed my lips softly and smiled at me. "I love you and our family." He said before I heard little footsteps walk in.
"Tire'." Payton mumbled sleepily, grabbing on to my pant leg.
"Okay, bedtime, huh?" She nodded, and Harry picked her up.
"I'll get her changed, can you go grab Cody?" I nodded kissing my daughter's forehead, walking away. Cody was already asleep on the couch when I turned the tv off and picked him up. I changed both of their diapers while Harry got them dressed. He put them in a matching Minnie and Mickey shirt and pants. I kissed their cheeks and gave them their paci's.
After setting them to bed I could finally relax.
"So, what did you want to talk about?"

After procrastinating as much as possible; I took a shower, got dressed for bed, and did my hair, Harry was very annoyed with me.
"What's going on?"
"Why don't you just tell me your thing?"
"Okay fine, as long as you tell me your thing after? Promise?" We linked pinkies as a promise and he started talking again. "I'm going on tour. In April. I know it'll be hard to take care of the twins alone but I already talked to Liam and he said he'd come stay with you while I'm gone. And, I have a few shows in town so you can bring the twins."
"Oh," this news hit me like a ton of bricks. He's leaving; in three months.
"Are you happy? It'll really get me out there. And maybe we could even move into a house when I get back."
"Um...I'm happy. But I have news. I still want you to go, and with Liam here I'll be okay. But I need you to know." He looked at me weirdly and I got up to grab one of the positive pregnancy tests that I had in my mini backpack. I sat back down on the bed with him and set it in his hand. "I want us to have a healthy relationship, that means telling each other things even if we're scared."
He looked down at the test and studied it, I saw a small smile form on his face before his whole face was stuck in a grin. He looked up with tears in his eyes and hugged me.
"Your pregnant? Really?" I nodded against his chest and he pulled away to kiss my lips. "I can postpone the tour? I'll be gone until next August. Do you know how far along you are?"
"No, don't postpone. And I'm probably a few weeks in, I've been feeling like shit for at least three weeks. I was scared to check though." I said honestly.
"Well you don't need to be scared anymore. Now, why don't I go run a bath for you and we can call the doctor tomorrow morning?" I nodded and let him carry me to the bathroom. Everything would be fine.
