Woken by my epiphany song,
Dear haven't heard from you for so long
So here I go–
Write a letter to my soul.
Remorseful I am,
The walls of lament stand around me tall,
So now I seat here–
To write a letter to my soul.
You bleed, heal only to bleed more
The ambers ignited;
Heavens! They have burnt you to your core.
And so here I go–
Write a letter to my soul.
Burnt into coal,
Dear, you're no longer the naive soul.
So here I go–
Pen my apologies to my soul.
A crumbed paper smeared with remorse;
This is only what I own.
So here I go–
Offer my everything to my soul.
Kindled flames, thawed the floor ice cold,
No, they won't stop–
Until my letter reaches my soul.
