Epilogue

Anika POV

It's been 5 yrs since I came back to New york from Italy after rudra and bhavya' wedding, Everything is as usual my business is doing fine I'm going to open a new branch in Russia soon, I'm in touch with my friends om and gauri, who are enjoying their first parenting, yes they recently had a baby girl and she is too cute as gauri keep on sending me her photos

Rudra and bhavya are still enjoying each other's company and also thinking about having a child, Mallika and Siddharth are on a romantic vacation everyone is happy in their lives and I can't believe times fly so quickly

"Hey what are you wearing for tonight's party" Shanaya barged into my cabin with a frown on her face snapping me out of my thoughts

"I don't know I had asked my assistant to bring my dress from the designer, I can ask her to pick one for you as well" I sighed and started working on my computer again

"Well that will be a relief" she said with relieved sigh "thanks Anika for being such a great support" she said while I gave her a soft smile

Well 5yrs back Aditya didn't return newyork alone he brought Shanaya with him and after a month they both got married shanaya easily got adjusted here but I helped her as well and she keeps on thanking me for that whenever she got the opportunity

"So where is your husband he better be on time otherwise I will give a good lecture about timing tomorrow"i said to her so she can make sure Aditya didn't slack behind

"Don't worry he won't as I won't let him" she said with a smile

" what about you, where is your partner" she asked and before I could say anything someone intrude in

"Here"a familiar voice came from the side of door and someone enters the cabin with take out bags in his hand

"Oh so Mr.husband is here finally, I guess that's my call to leave so see you later guys"shanaya said teasingly  and left

"Why are you here and not in your own office" I asked my husband who started taking out the breakfast from takeout bags

"Simple because my workaholic wife left without having breakfast so I have bring it for her" he said still busy taking the food out

" shivaay" I said with a big smile on my face looking my too handsome husband

I still can't believe I got him back after these years of loneliness I finally got my love back for once I thighs I again lost him bit this time he didn't let me go away

After few days of coming back to New york after rudra and bhavya's wedding I was busy doing my work in office when I got a call from an unknown no.

" hello" I said

" Come downstairs" said a familiar voice

" what? Who's this?" I asked

" Your love baby now come down" he said and my breathstopped for a second

I ran downstairs like some crazy women and when I reached the reception area there he was standing in all his glory looking as handsome as ever my eyes started blurring with unshed tears seeing him here, I ran towards him and jump on him hugging  him tightly

" shivaay" I said with croaking voice while tears started flowing down, tightening my hold

"No Anika no more tears now only happiness" he said while caressing my head from backwards

" But your family" I asked breaking the hug and look at him

" no need worry about my family everything is handled I had left everything and now no one will separate us" he said with a big assuring smile and I chuckled seeing him this happy

" But dad" I said with a concerned face

" don't worry baby I will talk to him and sought everything up" he said

" I love you shivaay" I said looking at him with all the love I feel for him

" I love you too anika" he said and joined our foreheads and then put his lips on mine and we had a soft kiss

After that we went to my dad and after lots of talking, dad finally gave us his blessing and then we had a small wedding with our friends and family present here in New york and shivaay settled his new business here
And finally got what I always wanted
Him.

"A penny for your thoughts" my sweet husband asked handing me the coffee cup he brought for me

"Nothing, I'm just thinking now lucky I'm that I have a husband like you" I said standing up from my chair and wrapping my arms around him and he also wrapped his arms around my waist

" Well that you are but not than me as I have the best wife of the world" he said kissing my cheek lovingly

"Okay Mr.husband I now don't be late tonight we have a party to attend" I remind him while he scowl

"Anika you know I don't like parties how about I arranged dinner at home and prepare our terrace bed, I'm sure it will be far better than that party" he said while I chuckled

"No its an important party we have to attend now go and be on time" I said and he reluctantly agreed and left after finishing his breakfast

At night after the party

" finally that torture ended, I'm not attending any party till next year" shivaay said and started removing his cufflings

" shivaay" I said taking off my heels and stand near the vanity mirror facing him

"Yeah" he said busy taking his tie off

" I want to tell you something" I said nervously bitting my lips

" yeah" he replied still focusing on his tie

" I'm pregnant" I said and he froze

" what did you just said" he asked having lots of emotions swirling in his eyes he came towards me stand just a few feet away

" I was having doubts so I took a test today, its positive I'm pregnant" I said with a nervous smile

" Oh god! Really we our having a baby" he said with a biggest smile on his face excitement swirling out of him

" yes" I said

" Oh god Anika you are the best thing happened to me, thank you thank you for this" he said hugging me tightly

" I love you baby " he said still hugging me and nuzzling in my neck

" I love you too" I replied and then he broke tha hug and kissed me with all the love

And then we celebrated all night, if you are getting what I'm saying, it's been a roller coaster ride and I'm happy that we finally got our happy ending, he the most precious gift god had given me, there was a time when I thought that I had lost him forever the betrayl  let me very heartbroken made me hate him but our love finally won every obstacle and finally

I hate you became I love you.
