We stayed near the parking lot that night. I couldn't get over the fact that Percy was gone. Just like that. I could still see him falling into the dark abyss.

Him and Annabeth holding onto each other. Every time I closed my eyes that was all I could see. Everyone had tried to get me to go upstairs to eat. Not even Pipers charmspeak would work.

I wouldn't leave my room.

Then and idea hit me. I quickly packed my bag. I left another note to everyone. I almost couldn't stand leaving. I knew that I couldn't stay here. I left. Just like that. I walked back to the pit and I did one of the stupidest things of my life. I jumped.

I was worried about Addi. I know she needs me. I walked downstairs and walked into her room. She wasn't there. I saw a small note laying on her bed. I rushed over and saw that the note was saying that she had left to go find Percy.

I knew that it was too late to stop her so I sat down and cried. When I didn't come back Hazel came to check on me, I only managed to choke out

"She left Haz. Just like that." for the rest of the night I was quiet. The next morning I realized what I had to do. I had to lead them to the Doors of Death. I had too.

For Addi's sake, she needed me. At that moment I felt the ship start to sail and I knew Leo had the same idea. I was going to do everything in my power to get her back.

It felt like I was falling for days. When I finally hit the ground I was met with a raspy voice.

"Daughter of Poseidon. You shall be my prize to get that blasted Athena girl."

That was all I heard before I blacked out. I knew though, that the thing was right. I also knew that I couldn't let her get Annabeth, even if it cost me my final breath.
