He looked off into the distance, as the coldness of the room scared the living hell out of him, this was normal for him either. It's not even winter yet, it's still summer-just like it always has been. He didn't wish to leave the comfort of his polka-dot blanket, and his stone-hard bed.

As the day went on, dÿüíhdjhdsiooìqėã was very pleased that he decided to step out of his room, as it wasn't a bad of a time as he made it out to be. The gjkłīėãfxzcż were singing, and the sun was shining on him! This place was like a seamless database, with everything he needed.
"Sonic!" A familiar voice rang out, hey! It's Tails!
"Oh hey, Tails."
Tails huffed, as he flew towards the blue hedgehog.

He's Sonic's best friend, and he's a tech-wiz! It'd be an understatement to call him a tech-wiz, he should be called a tech-genius! Tails can use his signature tails to fly up, but don't pressure him to fly til he drops!

"Sonic! Eggman's up to something again!" Tails said in a tense tone, "And he...(huff)...He seems to be planning something really, really serious and bad! We have to go defeat him!" Tails told Sonic.
"Let's go, then." Sonic said, as he ran-but then stopped and asked Tails, "Where exactly, are we going?"
Tails face palmed. But he still answered, "...To the base?" Tails looked at Sonic like he was an absolute dumbass.

Then they both went over to the said base, expecting to encounter the egg-shaped-not-so-friendly man. But oh? Something was different, where exactly was he? Tails looked around, surprised.
"Did he cancel out on us? Or was he scared of us? I hope he finally decided to give up!" The blue hedgehog laughed, as he seemingly thought of Eggman running away like a child.
"Maybe he just had to work on a machine to defeat us? Someone should watch out for him, but I can't be here right now!...Sorry," Tails said in a saddened tone, as he seemed disappointed. He then, sat down on the cold, metallic floor.
"I'd say I would, but I'm busy too. Sorry dude, we gotta ask someone else to look out for good ole' Eggy!" The blue blur replied, as he leaned in, then put his hands on his hips-then sighed.
