Song Choice: Drift Away - Mars BarsThe loud gunshot made my ears ring. That was way too close for it to be a coincidence. I slowly turned around with caution and looked at him shielding me.
I titled my head to the side and felt my heart drop. "Oh Keisuke you idiot"
"Heard you guys were going to the festival" He said coughing up blood.
The man behind him tried shooting again only to realize he was out of bullets, by that time Sanzu and Rindou were already chasing after him.
Baji fell to his knees, before he could fully fall over I caught him and knelt down holding his body.
"You're so fucking stupid" I cried. Tears fell from my cheeks onto his face mixing with his blood.
He smiled at me and wiped my tears away while the other hand held the matching neckless myself, him and Mikey wore as kids.
"Don't you worry, I don't feel a thing" He said smiling through the pain. "Don't blame yourself Mi, if anything I hope this make you stronger."
"No Baji I'm gonna get you help" I said starting to hyperventilate. I looked up and around for anyone, anybody who could help.
He held the side of my cheek to stop me from looking around and look down at him. "Relax yourself" The tears just kept coming. "Bring Mikey home for me, I'm rooting for you. Always have and always will. I'll see you again soon when your time comes"
His eyes started to flutter shut. "Baji stay awake" I said choking. His hand slowly falling from my face, I caught it and held it in mine close to my heart. "BAJI I SAID STAY AWAKE" I shouted.
I could hear the police sirens in the distance. Baji felt so cold, I watched as my best friend slipped away. This is the second time I've had to watch somebody I love die. I couldn't move away from him.
Rindou started to yell something at me but it was all static, Everything felt like it was in slow motion. All I did was stare at Baji's lifeless body in my arms.
Rindou started to pull at me, he pulled me away from Baji and threw me over his shoulder carrying me away.
"No" I whispered. "NO! PUT ME DOWN!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. "RINDOU PUT ME DOWN I CANT LEAVE HIM! BAJI! RINDOU PUT ME THE FUCK DOWN PUT ME DOWN PUT ME DOWN" I kept shouting and kicking and screaming but he just held onto me tighter.
He threw me into the car and got in immediately speeding off. I sat up straight and began to hit him. "WE NEED TO GO BACK I CANT LEAVE HIM"
Rindou slammed his fist on the steering wheel. "HES GONE MIA" He shouted back. "IF YOU STAYED WE WOULDVE NEVER SEEN YOU AGAIN"
He pulled the car over, slamming on the breaks. We were in the middle of basically fucking nowhere.
"What are you doing?" I asked as he pulled his phone out.
"Calling Ran, I couldn't find him" He said, his hands were shaking. He was afraid.
I got out of the car and threw up on the ground. Being so overwhelmed took a lot out of me. My ears started to ring again and my vision became blurry.
I could see somebody walking towards me. I was on my hands and knees throwing up blood. I looked up at him as he put the gun to my head.
"Of course it's you, it's always you" I said before passing out.

I could see the figure of a woman in front of me, I was blinded by the bright white light. I could see her turning to walk away from me.
