Chapter 2: The Angels & Sins

(Third person POV)

"But weren't you all originally angels?" Jisung said in a super small voice.

"You are correct kid. Good catch." Jin said chuckling.

"We are indeed fallen angels transformed into devils; all the sins are. We started helping Namjoon maintain order after we left heaven." Jhope said nodding at the young boy.

"How did you know that Jisung?" Chenle said shocked.

"I found the stories of the fallen 7 interesting, so for a while I read a lot of books about them. I just thought all of this time it was fiction since it had been hundreds of years since the Great War. Especially because there was no leftover artifacts or proof of the angles and devils, only human stories." Jisung said shyly.

"He knows the angles version of us, there are none of our stories present on Earth since the war." Jin said laughing.

"What do you mean?" Lucas says confused.

"Well, young one tell me, are we the good or bad guys?" V says staring blankly at Jisung.

"You abandoned God and heaven, and your demons..." Jisung said trailing off.

"Not demons, devils. But like Jin said, angel's version." Jhope said rolling his eyes.

Jisung and Lucas were looking at each other trying to decipher what was just told to them when the doors burst open.

"Welcome to the meeting room!" Namjoon said cheerily looking back at the guests that were behind him.

"Thank you Namjoon for such a warm welcome. We cannot wait to complete our introductions to everyone." The boy in front said.

"But of course. The floor is all yours!" Namjoon said with a big smile.

The 8 boys step up to the front of the room with all eyes on them. The humans interested and the devils looking a bit bored.

"Eight makes one team, hello we are ATEEZ!" They all said bowing.

"I am Hongjoong, the leader of this group." The shorter boy with red hair said.

"My name is Seonghwa, nice to make your acquaintance." The boy with light pink hair said.

"I am Mingi." The tall boy with silver hair said.

"Hello I am Yunho." The tall golden retriever boy with black hair said.

"Yeosang." A cold looking boy with blonde hair said.

"Hello everyone, I am Wooyoung nice to meet you!" The boy with the oreo hair said.

"Hi I am San." Another boy with black hair but with a small streak of white said.

"I am the youngest, Jongho." A boy with chestnut brown hair said.

The humans and demons went around the room again reintroducing themselves to the angels. The tension in the room seemed to slowly release as the groups chatted and got to know each other a little. Everyone was immersed in conversation until the doors once again slung open, a boy and girl both strolled into the room giggling.

"Wow look who decided to show up." V said with a large smirk.

"Shut up V, you would've traded places with me if you could." The new boy taunted pulling the girl closer to him.

"Jiminie stop teasing Tae, you know he gets jealous easily." The beautiful girl said with a sultry look.

"Sorry princess, it's hard not to." The only new boy, with greyish blue hair says.

"Care to explain to me why you two are late?" Namjoon's voice boomed throughout the room shutting everyone up quickly.

"Oh, Joonie don't be mad at me it was all Jiminie." The girl says pouting.

The boys' eyes widen as he puts a hand on his heart acting like she betrayed him.

"Didn't I tell you two to be here on time and greet our guests like the rest of the sins?" Namjoon said with his voice growing more irritated.

"Yes sir, I am sorry. I promise I will do my best to make Jimin a better sin from now on." The girl says puffing out her chest with a mini salute.

"You do realize he is mostly talking to you." Jin says raising an eyebrow at the girl.

"No way, Joonie would never scold me, I am his favorite sin." She said smirking at the devils.

"Namjoon doesn't have a favorite! And if he did it would be me!" V said shouting while Namjoon hides his chuckle at the sins arguing over something so petty.

"Yeah, yeah whatever you wanna believe Taetae. Now not to be rude but why are all these people in our meeting room?" The girl said glancing around looking at all the new faces.

"If you would've been here on time or even listened in the last 5 meetings you would know." Jungkook said rolling his eyes.

"Jiminie tell pride to stop being so mean to me, it's hurting my feelings." The girl said throwing herself on the boy said to be Jimin.

"Come on baby, lets go sit down and introduce ourselves before Namjoon gets mad at us for real." Jimin said in the girl's ear. She just huffed and let him carry her until they sat on one of the empty thrones with her on top of his lap.

"Go sit in your throne, this is a proper introduction." Namjoon said sternly.

"Fine." The girl whined and threw herself dramatically into the last empty throne.

"My name is Park Jimin, I am the sin of wrath so don't piss me off." He said with a giant smile that made his eyes disappear.

"Now that you know everyone, it's pretty easy to guess who I am but I guess I'll tell you anyways. My name is Bella Romano, and my sin is lust." The girl said with a gleam in her eye.
