Chapter 7: Netherworld Dorms

(Third Person POV)

"So how do you think the tour is going for the rest of NCT?" Shotaro said to Kun.

"I hope good... I'm a little worried after what Namjoon said about the sins they are with." Kun said scratching his head.

"Oh, don't worry, that joke was all in good fun!" Namjoon said looking back at the boys.

"They probably had a more fun tour than us. Although we are more reliant those kids are comedy gold." Jhope said laughing.

"Hey I am funnier. I have better jokes!" Jin said offended.

"Oh, please not again." Suga said burying his head in his hands.

"What did the pen say to the other pen?" Jin said looking at the dreamies.

"Um, I don't know what?" Chenle says thinking hard.

"You're inkredible!" Jin yells while windshield wiper laughing.

"That joke will never be funny." Jhope said rolling his eyes.

"A few of the young humans laughed." Jin yelled back.

"Probably out of pity." Suga said through his hands that were still on his face.

"Hey, I am worldwide funny guy you know!" Jin says again yelling louder.

"Please let's just finish this tour with no more jokes." Namjoon said starting back up with the tour.

"Nobody appreciates me." Jin says crossing his arms dramatically.

"I thought it was pretty funny." Mark says to Jin.

"I agree. I chuckled as well." Jeno said with his crescent smile.

"Well then you two humans will be my favorites." Jin slings his arms over the two boys, and they continue the tour laughing.

After showing the groups around the Netherworld Dorm they let the angels and humans decide their room partners. The angels divided into: Hongjoong and Seonghwa, Wooyoung and San, Yunho and Yeosang, Mingi and Jongho. While the humans split into: Jeno and Jaemin, Renjun and Chenle, Jisung and Haechan, Shotaro and Sungchan, Yangyang and Winwin, Mark and Kun.

"Ok everyone. We will give you an hour to unpack and settle and then we will head over to the House of Hades for dinner. Because it is the first night, we will all dine together but moving forward you will dine in here for breakfast and dinner if you chose to eat here." Namjoon announced to the room.

"Is there no lunch in hell?" Renjun says concerned.

"What do you think the school cafeteria is for?" Jin quips back sassily.

"Ah sorry I forgot about the school part of the exchange program..." Renjun says a bit embarssed.

"Well, Jhope and I will be back in an hour to escort you to our dorms for dinner. See you soon everyone!" Jin said while walking out of the room with the other demons.

"This is going to be hard to get used to." Jongho said sighing a bit.

"Do you guys not normally share rooms or eat together?" Haechan busted into their conversation.

"No that's not it." Jongho said looking at the boy.

"So, what is it?" Haechan said back.

"It's just... uh..." Jongho trying to find the words.

"We aren't used to interacting with demons, much less the 7 sins." Yeosang said coldly.

"Or even humans for that matter..." Jongho added quietly.

"Calm down Yeosang. They haven't given us a reason to act so cold to them yet." Wooyoung said flicking the other in the forehead.

"Why do you guys hate demons so much?" Shotaro said with a questioning look.

"You're kidding right? Or are you actually that dense?" Yeosang nearly laughed.

"Woah that's a fair question, don't ridicule Shoto like that." Jeno said defensively.

"What he means is just angels and demons can't really get along. It's just written in our nature." San says genuinely.

"Just because you are different in nature doesn't mean you can't find common ground." Yangyang says departing some wisdom on the angels.

"I completely agree with you Yangyang." Seonghwa says smiling to the boy.

"That is our whole purpose for being here for this exchange program. To help the realms find a better understanding of each other and reach a common ground." Hongjoong said smiling at the group in front of him.

"Good wisdom Yangyang. Now NCT members go unpack and get ready for dinner. Meet you all down here 10 minutes till 7. I expect none of you to be late." Kun said sternly nodding to his group and walking off.

"Same to the angels, you heard the man." Hongjoong said brightly.

"This is going to be a long semester." Jisung says to himself with both hope and doubt.
