You arrive at the doctors office check in and wait to be called back. What felt like forever but was probably 20 minutes of waiting, you finally got called back and changed into the gown that they left you.
The doctor came in and had you run another pregnancy test just to be sure which came back positive. She began to do an ultrasound. " I would say you're around 6 1/2 weeks miss y/l/n which means your two months pregnant" the doctor said showing you the screen.
" At this stage the embryo is still growing, you can barely see the baby" she pointed it out on the screen, hearing her say that made you smile but also frown at the fact that you wished Loki was here with you .
"is there a heartbeat?" you said hesitantly
" As a matter of fact yes there is here listen!" she moves the head of the ultrasound around. She points out the heart beat, The room goes silent and all you can hear is the baby's heartbeat loud and strong.
As you sit there listening you couldn't help but cry. " Is that a good heart rate?" Your voice was shaky as you questioned. " yes it's absolutely good! it means the baby is strong and healthy so far" you couldn't help but smile at the fact you had a baby in you let alone a strong and healthy one.
As you finished with your appointment the doctor handed you a sonogram of the heartbeat and the baby.
It looked like nothing but to you it was everything.You put it in your bag as you switch out of the gown and back into your regular clothes. You chatted with the doctor for a little bit and made another appointment to come back. You left the building and headed to the compound.
You arrive at the gate and security lets you in and you park your car. You couldn't help but be happy at the news you just heard from the doctor. You had to contain your excitement due to the fact no one else knew you were pregnant. You got your things and head into the compound.
You walk into the lounge to see Sam, Steve and Bucky doing yoga, you couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous they look. Bucky was laying flat on his back with his knees up and his hands holding up Sam's shoulders. Sam was holding Steve's legs while Steve held himself up by placing his hands on Buckys knees.

They notice you laughing which caused Bucky to move his legs, which caused Steve to fall and hit Sam in the face of his feet. That made you laugh even more. " I'm only out for the week and this is the first thing I see when I come back, God I love this job" you said trying to catch your breath.
They all get up from the ground dusting them self's off, " Not word to anyone!" Sam said embarrassed "You got it bird-man" you winked. " So your ready to be back in action" Steve said as he gave you a hug.
