Peter couldn't believe that it was already 2 months since his radioactive spider bite took place. Since then, he's been spending the Autumn fighting criminals and doing whatever he could to keep New York City stable, Despite how many furious police officers there were at him. Peter just wants to help without causing a commotion. However, it was this playful attitude that made the web-slinger unpopular amongst the police as if common crimes around the city was a joke. Unsurprisingly, it also defeats the purpose of their jobs.

Fisk Headquarters

Wilson Fisk is a troubled man who has been building up his crime business for at least 13 years now. He's accompanied by his right hand man, Hammerhead as well as well as his assistant, Tombstone if anything goes wrong with an operation. Despite his massive influence in crime around NYC, he's managed to keep this factor in his life a secret due to the co-operation between Mr Fisk's company and Oscorp. 16, years ago, he knew that a bet with Norman Osborne was a mistake, but he still went through with it, for he never backs down on bets.
"Sir, we've found another offer. They call him Flint Marko and he's gotten away from that Spider-Man a few times." Hammerhead sneered. Fisk was surprised that someone could get away from Spider-Man and make cash easily just from a few heists.

"I've heard of him before. He's pulled off a few stunts with Alexsei Sytsevich. Bring him to me."

"I've already arrived, boss!" Flint was a tall brunette short-haired man. His teeth was crooked and the iris of his eye widened everytime he spoke.

"Who said you could work for me!?"

"Trust me, boss. You can strike it rich with this deal. Let me work for you and I'll do anything you say. I'm doing it for my daughter. She's... let's just say she's sick." Flint Marko's 8 year old daughter has been diagnosed with leukemia and it's greatly affected them both. "I've struggled to make income so I've turned to crime and had to give up on drugs. Please let me work for you! I'll promise to get rid of that Spider freak!"

Those phrases made Fisk pause for what seemed like 30 seconds. He never had an unsuccessful operation whenever he turned to Doctor Octavius. That's what he did for Flint.

"Otto, my good friend! Have you finished the sand collider test yet?"

"Not yet sir" the short scientist responded with. "The collider needs more time before we're able to use it on the human species. Unless, you're willing to donate some blood. If you do however, the collider will only be accessible to the original blood donor."

"Don't you worry Otto. My associate, Flint is willing to make the donation."

"Alright. But before I begin, might I ask what you're using my experiment for?" Flint could see Fisk sweating, trying to think of a reasonable response. He replied to Otto with,

"You see, my daughter is a leukemia patient and I work for Make A Wish. I joined the charity in the first place to bring children to their best moods even at the worst time. But I want to make a child happy. Just one by one, I want to light a smile on each of their faces." Otto's heart melted at the thought of making the day of a child.

"I always knew you were doing good things Wilson. I knew Norman made a good choice partnering up with you." After the blood donation, Flint Marko stepped into the sand collider in hopes for it to make him unstoppable. If only it was that easy to see his daughter at a time like this. When wanted posters are around every single block of the city, it'll be difficult to even take a walk in a park.

A message saying 'Molecule test begins in 3. 2. 1.' Flashed across the the collider and when tree branch sized lasers started to pop out, Flint had second thoughts.

"LET ME OUT WILSON! LET ME OUT!" Flint's DNA started to merge with the sand across the collider. He screamed for help until his entire body became a lump of sand.

"Flint! Are you there!" Otto yelled. The lump of sand raised up, as if it was being resurrected.

"What happened to me!? I'm a monster!" Flint shrieked. Wilson took him to his car where Tombstone was waiting in.

5 minutes later in Fisk Headquarters

"See Flint? You're good as new. Almost as if nothing ever happened. Now you'll never be addicted to drugs again AND you can stop Spider-Man."

"This isn't what I wanted. But if I can pay for my daughter's medical bills, so be it! I'm coming for you Spider-Man!"
