Friday

Y/n's pov:

Today was Friday, and I had just finished my school. In order to spend time with Hailee afterward, I finished my homework as quickly as I could and went to her room.

I informed her, "Hey, I did my homework." She says, "Nice, let's go," and we went down the stairs. "You ready?" she inquires. I step outside and ask, "Yep, so where are we going?" She informs me, "We're going to get ice cream and then watch the sunset."

"Alright," I said. We go into the car and Hailee started driving. "so... how was your day?" I say trying to make a conversation and also wanting to ask her something. "busy like always, you?" She said.

"um, it was normal... By any chance do you know how to ask someone on a date?" I asked her nervously. "Wait what!" She yelled. "ow my poor ears," I said.

"oh sorry but what, whos the lucky boy" She evokes. "Uhm..." I let out. "What?" She asks. "Can we just talk about this when we at least go to watch the sunset?" I said shyly. "alright but you're telling me about this crush of yours"

We go get some ice cream and go to the place to watch the sunset. If I'm being honest I am so scared to tell Hailee that I like like a girl.

"so... about that crush, what's his name?" She asked. "can I just tell you something first?"

"of course, what is it" She looked at me. "it's uh not a boy," I told her.

Hailee's pov:

Y/n just told me that her crush isn't a guy, and honestly, I'm proud of her to tell me that she likes girls. "then what's her name?"

"wait, you don't care that I like girls" She questions. "if you like girls then go like girls," I tell her. "Thanks" She let out. "yep but still what's her name"

Y/n pov:

Hailee didn't care that I liked girls, suddenly just feel so relieved. Then she asked what her name was. "Addison" I start blushing and try to hide my face so Hailee won't see that I am. "ooh is someone blushing"

"shut up" I muttered and hit her in the arm. "rude" She let out. "Now how do I ask her out"

"well first what's the relationship now and second, stop growing this is weird talking about dates and stuff with my little sister"

"We're best friends, and no I will never stop growing and we will always talk about that stuff" I informed her. "alright then, how long have you liked her"

"um... 4 months about"

"4 months damn, but if you're going to ask her on a date you gotta think of what you know how to do and see if she can do that."

"What?" I asked and looked at her confused. "oh like archery does she know how to do that"

"no, wait I know where this is going I can be all romantic with her," I said. "yeah, now text her and see when she's free"

"Alright," I said and pulled out my phone.

Y/n:
Hey, when are you free

Addison:
Like tomorrow, why?

Y/n:
I wanted to teach you how to do
archery

Addison:
Oh, nice what time tomorrow?

Y/n:
Like, 10 am

Addison:
alright, your house?

Y/n:
Sure, see ya then :)

Addison:
See ya :-)

"Soo" She pulls out the o. "10 am at our house doing archery" I smiled. "wow, well we should get home and see what you can wear"

"good idea"

We get back home and go to my room to find an outfit. "so you excited?" She asked me smiling. "yeah, just a little nervous since she's my best friend"

"Yeah, and why do you have so many flannels," She asked and I giggled. "I don't know, but I do need to go clothes shopping"

She hummed and put some clothes down on my bed. "There," She said and I look at the outfit. "Very gay, I like it" We both laugh and I pick it the clothes up and put them on my desk.

"Well it's getting late so I'm gonna go to bed," Hailee said and I looked at her.  "alright see you later, and thank you" I thanked her. "for what?" She questioned. "for all of this and if I actually date her then the credit goes to you"

"Nah, the credit goes to you for telling me that you wanted to date, then it goes to me" We both laugh a little. "alright, well let's go to bed I'm tired"

"Alright, well love you," She said. "love you too," I said back. She leaves the room and gets ready for bed and sleeps.
