I officially had no idea what to do. Everything is going to be so different without Ari. My phone began ringing from the passenger seat making me sigh. I slid my finger across my screen.

"Ryan?"
"Jason where the hell are you!?" He snapped.
"New York." I replied simply.
"Well you need to hurry up and get your ass home, we've got a problem." I rolled my eyes.
"What is it?"
"It's Johnson, he's after you man. He wants revenge." I sighed heavily.
"I'll be there as soon as I can." I replied before hanging up. I pressed my foot down harder onto the accelerator, swerving in-between passing cars. I smirked and chuckled as some of them honked their horns at me.

Typical New York.

Ariana

"Ariana! Come downstairs!" My dad yelled making me snap out of my thoughts. I lazily walked down the stairs and into the living room, dragging my feet behind me. I walked in and saw my mom and dad sitting on the couch.

"What's up?" I asked, sitting on the other couch just across the room.

"What did he say to you?" My dad growled in a low tone.

"Who?" I asked.

"Don't play dumb. McCann." He spat. With the way my dad keeps calling him McCann he sounds like one of Jason's gang members.

"Nothing." I said, rolling my eyes and kicking my feet up onto the chair.

"Ariana Louise Harrison, tell us what he said right now!" My dad demanded, using my middle name.

"Why'd you care? You never cared before!" I snapped, letting the anger get the better of me. My mom and dad recently told me that they're going on a 3 week business trip to South America. Like I said, they never saw me.

"Of course we cared! If we didn't care then we wouldn't be out working-"

"NO YOU DIDN'T!" I screamed, cutting my dad off. "YOU WEREN'T BOTHERED ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOU ONCE LEFT YOUR DAUGHTER ALONE FOR 4 MONTH! FOUR FUCKING MONTH!" I screamed standing up.

"Don't you dare use that language around us young lady!" My dad said sternly. "Look at what he's done to you." I rolled my eyes and charged out the room, not wanting to hear another word of that. I stormed up the stairs, my feet making a loud booming sound as I stomped up each step. I slammed my door shut and fell face-first onto my bed. I screamed into my pillow, letting all the frustration and anger out.

I lay there for what felt like hours when a strange feeling came across me, I felt as if I was being watched. I snapped my head up and looked around my room, even checking beside my bed and in the bathroom, nobody. I shrugged it off and sighed, allowing my head to flop back onto the pillow. Then, it all happened at once.

My hair was grabbed and yanked back, making my head fly up and something sharp was stabbed into my neck. Within seconds, I began feeling dizzy and my vision became blurry. I tried to scream, but for some reason I just couldn't manage to get it out. My ankles were tied, along with my wrists. My body was pulled off the bed, and dragged along the floor towards my balcony doors. I looked towards my door, watching as it slowly became blurry before everything around me turned to complete darkness.

Jason

I twisted my keys and pulled them out of the ignition, walking towards my front door. I can't be bothered to go out and do this but I know as soon as I walk through that door I'm going to get pushed straight back out.  I pushed open the door, stopping it before it slammed against the back wall. I kicked off my Supra's, hearing nothing but complete silence. I thought the guys would of been here? Then, I heard the sound of an engine revving before hearing a couple of doors slam.

"McCann!" Someone yelled coming into the house. "Let's go." I recognised the voice as Chaz's. He saw me and snapped his head up. "Come on, let's go. We got the weapons and your bullet-proof vest in the van." I nodded and lazily slipped on my supra's once again. I noticed Chaz furrow his eyebrows at me, obviously sensing that something was up. As soon as I got into the van, I was bombarded with questions.

'Where have you been?'
'Where's Ariana?'
'What's the plan?'

I groaned making them all shut up.

"You alright man?" My best friend, Ryan asked me. I shook my head, quickly removing my hoodie and slipping on my bullet-proof vest. "Where's Ari?" He mumbled quietly.

"She left." I mumbled back.

"Left?" Tyler asked.

"That's why I was in New York. She's moved back there with her parents." Everyone was just totally stunned. They thought that me and Ariana were crazy for each other, but they didn't know about the beatings. "Let's just get this over with."
