I grabbed onto Jason's hand tighter as we walked towards the restaurant we were going to. I have no idea where it was, I just knew that it was somewhere along the beach. My head rested on Jason's right shoulder as I walked, kicking the sand beneath my feet.

"Are we nearly there? I feel as if I've been walking for hours." I groaned. My feet were beginning to get sore, even though I had took off my heels.

"Almost, do you want me to carry you?" Jason offered. I lifted up my head and declined.

"I'll be fine Jase." He nodded and kissed my hair.

"Okay."

We walked for another few minutes or so before lights reflected off the water. I looked to my right and saw a typical restuarant, only much posher. When we reached the concrete, I placed my heels back onto my feet, walking normally down the path. Despite how rocky and uneven it was, I didn't trip up or stumble. I followed behind Jason as he held the door open for me, where we were soon greeted by a waitor.

"Hello." He greeted. "Did you make a reservation?" Jason nodded.

"Yeah, under Harrison." Now, he's started to use my name when making reservations and stuff, just to be precautious. The guy scanned through a few pages of the book, nodding shortly after.

"Ah yes, Harrison. You booked for the upper floor didn't you?" Jason nodded. He smiled and grabbed two menu's. "If you'd like to follow me to your table." We ended up going up in an elevator. I squeezed Jason's hand, getting his attention towards me.

"Where are we going?" I mouthed to him.

"You'll see." He mouthed back with a small grin. Then, a short ding was heard, and the doors opened. We were outside, on what I believed to be the roof of the building. We continued to follow the waitor all the way over to our table, which was right at the front, giving us a perfect view of the beach and the sand.

"Wow." I breathed out. We were a few floors up, but it still looked amazing. "This is amazing."

"Best restaurant around here Miss." The waitor nodded, pulling out my chair. I thanked him and sat down, tucking myself in. "I'm Keith, I'll be your waitor for tonight. Here are your menus, can I start by getting you any drinks?" He asked politely.

"Lemonade for me please?" I asked politely, as he scribbled on the sheet.

"And for you sir?"

"Same please." He nodded and flashed us a quick smile, walking back over towards the elevator.

"I asked for champagne but they were out.." Jason sighed. I giggled.

"It's fine." I replied.

"I'll tell them we just got engaged, then they'll give us some." Jason replied, his grin widening.

"I swear you're an alcoholic." I replied with a giggle as I opened my menu. A few moments later, Keith returned with our drinks.

"Are you ready to order?" He asked. We nodded and ordered.

---

I thanked Keith as he took away our dirty dishes.

"Would you like your bill brought up or would you prefer to pay downstairs?" He offered.

"We'll pay downstairs, thanks." Keith nodded and left quickly. I turned to Jason, taking the last sip of lemonade.

"Tonight has been amazing." I commented. Jason placed his cup back onto the table.

"And it's going to get better." He replied with a wink.

"What do you have planned?" I questioned suspiciously.

"Nothing.." He muttered.

"Jason." I said with a warning tone.

"You'll find out later babe." He replied. I groaned and playfully shook my head.

"Ugh, you need to start telling me stuff!" I said, trying to show a fake anger. He chuckled.

"You're so cute." He mumbled. "You ready to go?" I nodded and stood up, tucking my chair back in as Jason intertwined our fingers together. We made it downstairs and headed towards the cash register.

"Hi." The girl greeted. "Did you enjoy your meal?" We nodded.

"It was delicious, thank you." She smiled.

"Who was the reservation under?"

"Harrison." I replied.

"Harrison.. Harrison." She mumbled as she looked through. "Ah here, that'll be 67 dollars please." Jason slipped her some cash. She grabbed something from underneath the counter. "Congratulations on your engagement." She said, handing us a bottle of champagne. Jason chuckled and thanked her, taking it out of her hand. We both smiled and said our goodbyes.

"I may have mentioned we just got engaged, but I didn't think that they'd actually give us something." Jason muttered in my ear jokingly.

Oh this boy.
