2- Seeing eachother

LAUREN'S POV

I had just made it to the desk in the front of the line where the girl asked for my name and age, then she handed me the sticker and me and my family made our way in the waiting room.

"Hey lauren can I add a part to the bet" Chris asked

"Well it depends on what it is"

"I get to pick who you have to talk to"

"She has to be pretty" i said

"Ok"

"Deal" we both said as we shook each other's hand

"I still think lauren is going to win" Taylor said

"Thanks Taylor" I said while hugging her

So I settled down a bit and put on me headphones and was listening to music with my eyes closed and I kept sing the song over and over again so I wouldn't mess up the words when all of a sudden I felt my brother tap me shoulder.

"What"

"I want you to talk to her" he said while pointing to someone, I turned my head to to who he was pointing to and there was a girl about my age that was with a little girl and two adults, but the girl was really pretty and she had reply beautiful brown eyes, and I was getting nervous just looking at her, then she turned her head and saw me staring at her then her checks turned red and she looked down and I quickly looked at my brother

"I'll do it" I said while standing up and making my way over to her

CAMILA'S POV

I had been waiting a while already and I was replaying Aretha Franklin's respect song in my head over and over again so I wouldn't for get the words so I was kind of zoned out, and I jumped when sofi poked me.

"Yeah sofi" I replied while turning to her

"That girl is staring at you" she said while pointing across the room

I turned to look and sure enough this girl who was pretty, and she had amazing green eyes was staring at me, I alsmost immedietly started getting self-conscious so I looked down and I could feel my cheeks burning up. Then sofi started poking me again so I looked at her

"She is coming over here"

"What, no she's not" I said turning to see where the girl was and she was deffintly walking over to me I started to panic and I looked back down until I saw a pair of feet standing right infront of me and I looked up and she was looking right at me

"Hi I'm lauren" she said while sticking her hand out

"Hi I'm camila" I said while standing up then shaking her hand

"Um do you maybe want to go over there and talk" she said to me and she sounded a little nervous, wait,why was she nervous I turned to look at my mom to see if it was ok to leave and she nodded her head then I turned to Lauren

"Yeah s-sure" I stuttered omg did I just stutter now she Probably thinks I'm a loser or something I looked up and saw she was a little further away now then she turned around to look at me

"Are you coming" she joked

"Yeah, sorry" I said catching up with her

"It's fine" she said walking a bit further than sitting on the ground and patting the seat next to her so I quickly sat down next to her

"So where are you from" she asked after a moment of silence

"I'm from Miami"

"No way me too, who are those people you are with"
