The New Girl

I am sorry that it has been a while since I posted. The reason is a lot of stress and schoolwork. Another reason is that I have had a hard time figuring out what to write. But now I am back.

I am starting my first year as a Sophomore in a new school. In the parking lot, I accidentally bump into my soon-to-be best friend Emma. "I am so sorry, let me help you." Emma replied "It's fine. Hey, you are Leah Clearwater aren't you?" I replied, "Yes." I sniffed her and she said, "What was that?" "Nothing. I thought I smelled something weird." Emma asked if I made any friends yet. I obviously said no. Emma asked, "Can I be your first friend in this school?" "I would really appreciate that Emma." I asked Emma "Do you know where I can get my schedule?" Emma replied "Yeah. Want me to walk you there?" "Sure, why not Emma." While walking to student services with Emma we ran into her friend Luke. Luke is the eyes and ears of the school along with Emma. Luke asked me "I am guessing you are Leah Clearwater?" I rolled my eyes and said "Yes." Emma said "This is my friend Luke." "Nice to meet you Luke. My name is..." He cut me off and said, "Everyone knows who you are Leah. You are on the front page." "Can you take that down please?" Luke said "Ok. I am guessing you are not a people person." "Yeah." When we finally got to student services I asked Emma and Luke to wait outside for me. They were fine and understood. There was a lady behind the desk who looked very mean. She had and her name was Ms. Lock. "I am a Leah Clearwater and this is my brother Seth Clearwater. Can we have our schedules please?" Ms. Lock replied "Yes." When she was looking through papers on her desk I saw a paper that had the name Isabella Swan. I asked myself "Isn't that the other new girl? Yeah that is!" Anyways, Ms. Lock gave me my schedule with a map to the best routes. I look at my schedule to see:

When we started walking to our classes, I asked Emma and Luke, "What is your first class?" Emma said "I start with English. But the one good thing is that one of my friends is in that class." Luke said "I have math first." "That's cool Luke." I replied back. I asked Emma "So I am guessing you sit with them?" Emma replied, "No I actually don't. My friend actually sits next to a guy named Morgan. And Morgan sits next to Jade, who sits next to Hunter, Jade's bf. Morgan, Jade, Hunter, Luna, Aaron, Nova, Travis, Sage, Derek, and Rae are the popular people of our school. But no one is ever good enough for any of them beside the people in there group. As well as the Cullen's they are decently popular so I would try and avoid them." "I will try." I replied with a smerk on my face.
