"Yoongi doesn't like her."

You looked at Haru with a confused expression on your face. "Why do you say that?"

The two of you were currently sitting in the student lounge, and you were telling your best friend everything that went down yesterday and the day before.

"I mean, he's kinda making it obvious. You're too slow to see that," he told you, and you frowned.

"How?'

"Well, as you said, after you guys kissed and she 'jokingly' asked to stop the PDA, he told her that that was your home. He made it clear that just because she was there, he wouldn't be toning down on his affection. My clever and sexy ass brain saw through his words."

You rolled your eyes at your best friend's comment. "And what did you see?"

"Girl, you told me that Yoongi had his days. He'd be mean on one day, and then the next he's all sweet, right?" You nodded. "Good, and ever since Lia came, has Yoongi acted more affectionately or less?"

"More."

"I sense that Yoongi's going to be wayyy more affectionate to drive that woman off. But he's going to need to do more than that since it's clear Lia likes him a lot. Maybe even more than the others," Haru explained, and you couldn't help but think about how your best friend might be right.

At the dining table during breakfast yesterday, she took the seat next to Yoongi.

Because there was no space at the table and it was decided everyone would eat lunch in the living room, she took a seat next to Yoongi.

You didn't fail to notice that when she rambled about her trips, they somewhat ended with her and Yooongi being alone. (you eventually had to listen to her stories.)

It didn't bother you much at first, but with Haru's words, it kind of did.

"And how do you know all these things?" You asked, and he playfully rolled his eyes. "You're forgetting I major in Criminology and that psychology is one of the courses I take."

.

"They really should've just given you guys a long weekend. Does it make sense for you to get Thursday off, come back for a day and then go off for the weekend?" Lia asked, and Jungkook shrugged.

"I don't know. Honestly, I think it's because it's almost exam season, and there's quite a bit that needs to get done," Hoseok said, and she nodded.

"I'm about to make dinner. Is y/n coming over today?" Jin asked as he stepped into the living room. "She should be. The girl practically lives here. The only reason she ever goes back to her place is for clothing," Namjoon said with a chuckle.

"I really don't get why she bothers when she can easily take something from one of our closets," Jimin muttered before letting out a sigh. "Seeing her in my t-shirts just makes me feel some type of way."

"I'm curious, how long have you guys been together? you and y/n," Lia asked. "Almost four months," Yoongi told her, not looking up from his phone.

[let's just say it's been four months. my dumb ass forgot to put specific dates and stuff throughout the story - gi <3 ]

"Damn, it's almost been four months, and the only thing we've done with her is gone on a date?" Namjoon asked. "Well, it's the only thing we've done with her outside of the home."

"We really should go on a trip with her soon. Plus, it's been a while since we've gone out and had a break," Jin said, and they all hummed in agreement.

"Unfortunately, we can't do that anytime soon. At least, not until we're done writing," Taehyung huffed.

"I wonder what you guys will decide on. We've done and seen quite a lot together," she said.

"Yeah, we as in you and us. Not we as in us and y/n," Yoongi told her. "I wouldn't mind revisiting some places we've already been. If our girl wants to go to Jeonju, I'd agree even though I've been there several times."

"I mean, it's making memories with y/n that counts."

"It's honestly so cute to see you guys like this," Lia said, causing all of her friends to look at her with confused expressions on their faces.

"I mean, I've known you guys all of you guys for more than two years. I haven't seen you guys whipped for anyone else other than each other, and to be honest, it surprised me."

"How?" Namjoon asked.

"Well, to start off, I thought your relationship with your missing soulmate, which is y/n, would be platonic. Your soulmate is still your soulmate, but it doesn't mean that person necessarily have to be with you romantically," Lia explained. "So I thought, maybe the girl wouldn't be comfortable being in a romantic relationship with seven men."

"At first, I wasn't," you said, walking into the living room and catching everyone by surprise.

"Oh my god, girl, don't do that!" Lia exclaimed, and you gave her a sheepish smile. "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare ya."

"It's okay. Anyway, what were you saying?"

"Damn, wait until we get to greet her before you jump into your questioning," Jimin said, causing you to giggle. "Hello, Jimin. Hello everyone."

"Come sit here with me," Jungkook said, and you smiled before walking over to him. Once you were sitting with his arms wrapped around yours and Jin's head resting on yours, you began to talk.

"As I was saying, at first, I was uncomfortable. When the initials first appeared, I was freaking out because it didn't make sense. How could one have so many soulmates? My mom, on the other hand, was super excited," you couldn't help but giggle as you remembered that day.

"Anyway, she said I should be excited. She said she was sure I'd be treated like a queen with seven male soulmates. That made me even more shocked. Because I didn't know they'd all be guys. I just thought you'd find our your soulmates gender when you'd meet them."

"I eventually grew comfortable with the idea, but then I became uncomfortable again because of people. People would ask me questions like how our relationship would work out. They also called me greedy for having seven soulmates as if I had a choice in who and how many soulmates I'd have," you told them.

"Then I stopped caring until after I had already interacted with three of the guys. I began to overthink things and shit, but Jimin and Yoongi made me realise some stuff. I was planning on taking things slower with them from then, but it looks like that idea went out of the window."

"That's true. After you accidentally interacted with Taehyung, you just started to interact with the rest," Jin said, and you hummed in response.

"But anyway, I'm glad I'm not their soulmate platonically. I actually didn't even know that soulmates didn't have to be with each other romantically until today. Kind of glad I didn't know that." Your words caused Lia to raise her brows.

"Why?"

"Because I would've insisted on having our relationship platonic. Sure I would've eventually fallen from these guys, but that would've taken a long time."

"I'm glad. I can't imagine if you had asked for something strictly platonic because we had plans of something uh, romantic," Namjoon said.

"Well, it's a good thing I didn't know."

"Yeah, it's such a good thing..." Lia muttered under her breath before looking at the eight of you with a smile on her face

"Such a good thing..."
