Chapter 8: Frank and Alice
I've seen Neville's parents before but this is different. Like almost everyone else, they were crying or at least have been recently, and again, I don't blame them. If I had gone insane for 37 years and I suddenly remember everything previously and I found out my son is a fully grown man with a family, I'd cry too. I noted how much Neville looks like his mother.

They seemed to cheer up a bit at my name like everyone else did, it's a little funny really. I gave them the veritaserum and got started. "Alright, what are your full names?""Frank Michael Longbottom." "Allison Maria Longbottom nèe Fortescue." "Ages?" "21." "Friends names?" "Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, James Potter, Lily Potter, Peter Pettigrew, Marlene McKinnon, Mary McDonald and Dorcas Medowes." Alice smiled sadly, she laid her head on Frank's shoulder, he wrapped his arm around her back. "Your son's Name?" "Neville Frank Longbottom." "Who are his godparents?" "James and Lily Potter." "What did Pettigrew, Black, Potter and Lupin name their group?" "The Marauders." "Okay and lastly what are their nicknames?" "Wormtail, Mooney, Padfoot and Prongs."
"Perfect, welcome back, I need you both to sign these two spots to reverse your death certificate and then I can answer any of your questions as I know this is hard for you." "Is Neville okay?" "Yes he is." I nodded "What's the date?" Frank questioned. "Its July 2018, Neville is almost 38, he's one of my closest friends, He's married to a Hufflepuff in our year names Hannah Abbott, they have a daughter named Alice and she's 14. He is also Head of Gryffindor and the Herbology teacher since 2000. Neville's taken her to see you both many time while you were in the hospital, she looks just like her father who's pretty much a replica of you Alice." They both smiled.
"You will be able to see him soon, I just have a few more people to interview but you can join your friends in the lounge down the hall." They nodded. Alice gave me a quick hug, "Thank you..." she whispered. "Of course." And they left.
