Anne's pov

I walked down the almost empty halls with Kat waiting for school to start

"Dude how long till school starts " I asked her

"Half and hour " she said checking her phone

"Errr" I groned

I saw Jesse heading towrd us

"Great just what I needed " I said

Jesse walked right up to us

"Hey anne right " she asked

I looked at Kat

"Um yeah " I said

"I totally love your shorts and those shoes are to die for " she said

"Uh not to be rude but did you bump your head " I asked

She laughed really loud makeing Kat and I flinch backward

"No silly it's just Luke likes you and won't stop talking about how cute he thinks you are and how great you are so we needed to find out for ourselves he was right " she said giggling and walking away

"See you later Anne " she said walking around the corner

"What was that" Kat asked

"I think hell froze over " I said that being my onley suggestion

"Wait she said something about Luke " Kat said

"Yeah something about likeing me " I said

"Oh my god Luke likes you " Kat said

"Your point player remember " I said

"Right " she said and we walked to class

Luke's pov

I walked to my first class which was history

I scanned the almost empty room

Anne had this class with me apperentally and so did her friend with the snake bites

They were talking and I watched closely from my seat in the back

Her freind noticed me and wispered In to her ear she turned around and her bright blue eyes caught my own

I smiled and I saw a small smile tug and her lips

She turned back around and talked to her freind

Hmmm interesting that little move usually got a giggle or full on flirting but Anne was mysterious and that was different

I made it thourh first , secound , third , and fourth period before lunch

First period was the hardest with Luke stareing at me the whole time

It was weird and after Kat caught him looking and informed me before class started she told me when I turned to talk to her again he looked confused

I told her he probably exspected me to melt into a puddle at his smile like the rest of the girls in this school

I grabbed and apple and headed to my table

Everyone looked at me

"What" I asked

"So you caught hemmings 's eye huh " ash asked

"It's nothing he probably wants a bed buddy which I won't be low enough to except I promise I'm not into the one night stand shit so don't worry" I said biteing my apple

" He probably doesent even like me I mean do you see him comeing and asking me on a date no so it's nothing" I said brushing it off

Just as I finished talking the seat next to me was filled and I saw all my freinds eyes wideion

"Hey Anne " he said

Really man you really let me down

"Hi Luke " I said turning to him

"Hey do you wanna maybe go on a date tomarrow " he asked

I sighed and looked at Kat who shrugged

"Sure but I plan everything and you pick me up at 5:00 pm dress causal " I said getting up too throw my apple core away

I returned to my table Luke was gone and my freinds looked at me

"Hell really has frozen over " I said and they all laughed
