Luke's pov

The car ride was silent and it was driveing me crazy

"Um do you want to listion to some music " I asked

Anne looked at me and smirked

"Depends what you wanna listion to " she said

I liked the playful teaseing side of her that was slowley comeing out

"Well I've got some old cd's in the glove box " I said smileing back at her

"Old as in the beetles old or old as in I went thourh a faze then grew out of it and ditched the cd's old " she asked

She cocked and eyebrow at me and opened the glove box

"Oh my god " she looked at me

"You grew out of greenday how chould you" she asked as though it was a terrible crime

"You act like its a crime " I said smileing

"We'll I'm going to help you grow back into it " she said picking a CD and sliding into the radio

A beat came on that I recognized as warning and Anne started singing and danceing along

She stopped and looked at me

"Come on Lucas you know you wanna sing along " she said

I instantly smiled at the nickname she some how came up with and decided to sing along

"Warning live without warning" we shouted

I missed this I really did

We arrived at the beach and Anne grabbed the food and drinks and bolted out of the car down to a picknick table on the beach

I shut the jeep off and locked it up before heading down to the beach to join Anne

"So Lucas did I get you to grow back into green day " she smiled

"Maybe " I said

The beach was pretty the sun was setting in the distance and it was almost completely empty

" So ..." I started

"Miss Anne miss Anne" I small blonde haired girl around the age of 5 or 6 rushed up throwing her arms around Anne

"Hi cacey" she smiled lifting the small child up on her lap

A Cople seconds later a tall women with the Sam blonde hair rushed up and shook her head

"Cacey that was rude I told you to leave them alone " the women said scolding the small child

"No it's ok Mary no harm no foul " Anne said tickling cacey and makeing her laugh and squirm

"On who is this young man is this your boyfreind " the women named Mary asked looking at me

"No. Mary this is Luke " Anne introduced me

Cacey looked at me then at Anne and smiled she then whispered in Anne's ear and giggled

Anne tickled her more and set her gentley on the ground

" Now run along with your mama I'm sure she doesent want to hang around heare much longer " Anne said bidding cacey and her mother goodbye

I raised my eyebrows at Anne and she blushed

"I work for Mary as a baby sitter have been since cacey was born " she exsplained

"Well it's pretty late I better get you home of your pairents will kill me " I said

She sighed hevaley

"My pairents are out of town ... acctally more like out of the state they went to this place where they can get marriage consuling they left yesterday and they will be gone all week " she said as we headed to my jeep

"Oh are you ok being alone " I asked

"I'm not alone the boys and Kat arrived today and are staying with me all week" she said as we got in and I started the car

" Well ok then " I said and Anne smirked again restarting the CD

I rolled my eyes and sung along with her again
