Rexy

In the middle of the forest, there was a large pit. A Compsognathus hopped into the pit to eat the remains of a Parasaurolophus. The Compsognathus was soon followed in by his friends and family. The tiny creatures ripped at the flesh on the creatures skull until a large, brown rock in the shadow got up and grew legs from other rocks. The creatures ran away, but they were looking at no rock. They were looking at a full-grown female Tyrannosaurus Rex. The T-rex has scars all over it's body from battles over the past years. A slash from a Spinosaurus, a bite in the leg from a Baryonyx, and a scar from the claws of an Indominus Rex to name a few.

Soon, the T-rex moved out from her pit of bones and into the fields. There she sat down and watched her prey. There were 13 Triceratops with 2 of them being juveniles. There were also 7 Corythosaurus and 2 Apatosaurus. She thought the Apatosauruses were to dangerous to fight because there were 2 of them and the Triceratops would be extra aggressive, she decided to go for a Corythosaurus. She got closer to her target which was an old male and struck. It had poor response time so it only looked at the T-rex when she ran up to it. It only let out a roar of pain when the Tyrannosaurus had already clamped it's jaws down on it's back.

The other dinosaurs ran away as this happened. Even the slow Apatosaurus ran away. The Apatosaurus' run wasn't very fast, but it didn't really need to be. If it did need to, it would have to evolve to be smaller and less heavy.

Instead of moving her kill into her home, she ate it right there in the center of the field. The T-rex had not eaten in a while so she did not care to bring it back to the pit at the moment. Dangers came with eating in the open, though. It was a hunting spot so many carnivores were already there and could try to steal her kill. Few things would challenge a T-rex, but there were 5 things that could challenge her here. 1. Carcharodontosaurus (only a pair would be a problem) 2. Large Utahraptor pack 3. Giganotosaurus (especially if in a pack) 4. Acrocanthosaurus (which were rare to see) 5. A group of Allosaurus (3 or 4) There would be many more if the grass here was green and wet but the grass here is dry and yellowish-brown.

As the T-rex was eating, she heard a familiar sound. An Allosaurus roar. There were only 2 of them, but they looked extremely hungry and desperate. On the way to Rexy and her kill, one of the Allosauruses collapsed. Rexy had already eaten her fill so she left the rest of the Corythosaurus corpse to the Allosaurus and his partner.
