Always and Forever

Dinner

"Hello Juliet" said my step father when I walked into his office to grab a new book to read.

"Hey" I replied.

"We're having guest over tonight for dinner, pls dress nicely and be respectful".

"Of course" I replied with a sarcastic tone.

He laughed and smiled to me as I walked out.

Me and my step father Edward have been getting along recently since we moved here.

*A few hours latter*

"Kids come down stairs, our guest are here" my mother called up to us as I was almost done getting ready.

I had on a short black dress and black high heels.

"I'm coming" I yelled as I was walking down the steps.

I walked in the living room to see my family and our guest.

There's was a women and who I assume was her husband and there 3 kids.

But when I looked at one of the boys I realized it was the boy Aiden from school. Great.

When he looked up we locked eyes. I quickly looked away but out of the corner of my eye I seen him roll his eyes. That was rude.

There's was also a little girl who looked like she was around 7 and a boy who looked around 14.

"Juliet this is Mr and Mrs. Heiland and Aiden, Liam and Clair Heiland.

"It's Alexander" the boy Liam whispered under his breath.

"I beg your a pardon" my Mather said.

"It's Alexander" he said again.

Everyone in his family looked at him, and my mother gave him a confused look.

"We don't have the same last name as them" he said with a rude tone.

"Oh, I'm sorry" my mother said.

Aiden looked at him with the stop or we are going to have a talk when we get home look.

"Don't be" Liam replied to my mom in a nicer tone.

My mom glanced at them and then everyone got up to go to dinning room.

"Thank you for having us over for dinner" Mrs.
Heiland said to my parents.

"No!, thank you for coming" my mother said with a smile.

My mother got up from the table to get the food and I decided to help.

But when I walked into the kitchen my mother was downing a bottle of fireball.

"What happened to quitting" I said catching her off guard.

"Is it really any of your business I'm and adult" she said slurring her words.

"Mom put it down pls" I begged"

I went to grab it but she hit my hand away and cut me with wedding ring. Then she drops the bottle and it shader on the floor.

"Are you guys ok?" Aiden asked walking into the kitchen.

"Im fine" my mother answered wiping off her skirt.

"Are you ok?" He emphasized the You while giving my mother a look. I just nodded my head so my mother didn't know J was on the verge of tears.

She gave me a look before she grabbed the food and walked out.

He sat down on the floor and helped me pick up the glass.

"We should probably clean that cut" he said standing up.
