Everyone around Takato couldn't help but have a look of a mix between Confusion, Shock, and Disbelief not only from the fact of his rejection of becoming a full-fledged Hero. But also accusing Mera: The Representative of Heroes Public Safety Commission attempting to bribing him.

The pure ferocious rage is shown across the young teen's face, Mera let out a cough.. but some of the teacher (Mainly Y/n and Aizawa) and even some of the students (Mainly Class 1-A) notice the sweat dripping down from the man's face before he spoke.

Mera: *finally spoke up* "Kids these days... always jumping into conclusions!" *This only enrages Takato even more* N-"

Takato: * yells out with a snarl* "Don't play dumb with me!" *This causes Mera to be silence himself as Takato continued* "You know damn well what I mean! You think that a simple card will play up for Your fucking Failures! You call yourself the Representative of Heroes Public Safety Commission, and yet you allowed a villain to infiltrate this exam." *This causes the other students from all schools to chatter one another*

Seiji: *speaks up* "Now wait just a minute!" *Everyone turns their attention to Seiji Shishikura from Shiketsu High School* "If I recall the villain had a quirk that allowed herself to disguise into a near identical copy of someone! In which case it was Camie Utsushimi! There is no way, the representative could have see-"

Takato: *shouts at Seiji* "You have no right to speak here Smart Ass! You are her classmate! Even if Toga may have looked like Camie, you should have been able to figure out something was wrong just by how she was acting from the beginning. I was able to figure it out, so what's your fucking excuse, Smart Ass?!" *This causes Seiji to back up shutting up the overconfident student*

Sero: "Man I almost feel bad for the guy..."

Ichi: "Bah! Don't be that was that idiot's own fault!"

Nii: "That's right, mate! That idiot, Seiji should have just stayed quiet!"

Takato: *looks over to Mera, who had a face that had serious written all over it* "But that is only the tip of iceberg! It's one thing to have a villain infiltrate this exam, but it is another thing to have both Children and Elderly in such a dangerous unstable area! And Don't you dare you fucking lie to me about the area have safety precautions!" *a image plays of Takato in his Kaiju form using his sensory ability to scan the entire layout of the different zones during 1st Exam* "I had already checked if there was anyway that the citizens had any alternate routes for them to leave the Exam and any secret passages and found nothing!"

This causes even more worried and concerned around the students, even the teachers couldn't help but feel a bit unease. But few glaring towards Mera, with a look of disgust on their faces.

Mera: "Oh.. apparently you have forgotten, that the people of the H.U.C are well-trained for t-"

Takato: *snarls enraged silencing Mera* "Enough with your bullshit!"

Takato recalling the scent of blood in the air, and only to discover the old Elderly man, he saved back there. And hearing the no heartbeat of unconscious man while restarting the man's heart. He then remember the grandson's look of terror and desperation in his eyes as he tried to reawaken his dying grandfather.

H.U.C child: *cries with tears in his eyes* "GRANDPA!!"

This causes Takato to recall the day of that his own foster father's death, as well as another boy had managed to save back in the day, after a villain had killed his family.
