I miss my best friend

Chapter 3

"Dunn shut the fuck up before you wake them." Miranda ? Didn't she sleep in Bam's and Ryan's room last night ?

Squinting my eyes open I see Bam and Dunn holding a bucket with god knows what in it. As they were going to dump it on me I turn my body towards them and kick it.

"Oh my god that is so fucking cold !"

"How did you know we were in here ?" Bam ask shaking from the cold water. "Oh my god that was great Alex !" Miranda says bent over holding her knees laughing. "When y'all whisper like this its pretty hard to sleep." I tell them whisper yelling.

"Oh your something else aren't you Alex ?" Dunn ask winking at me. "She's the best !" Miranda yells jumping on me.

"I don't think I am but anyways I have to get up and shower and you two guys need to go get ready again." I say pushing Miranda off of me and walking towards the restroom.

Taking off my clothes I turn on the hot water and hop in. Letting my muscles relax I think of what's yet to come for me and Miranda.

Like is she going to ever forgive Dave ? We literally work with the guy now it's not like she can ignore him forever. Are the guys going to take it easy on us ? What if they end up not liking us ?

Turning off the water I wrap a towel around me and walk out into the room grabbing some of my clothes from the suitcase.

"I need a cold shower." Turning around I see Johnny run into the restroom and close the door quickly. Well that was weird...

Dropping the towel I put on my laced bra and matching laced panties pulling over my long sleeved light brown shirt that reads bones and pull up my black skinny jeans.

Brushing out my hair I straighten it throw on a black beanie and throw on my black sweater and leaving it unzipped.

Walking out of the hotel room I walk to the elevator and press 1 to take me to the lobby. Stepping out of the elevator I walk towards the breakfast room and serve myself a bowl of cereal.

"Mind if I join you ?" Turning my head to see who said that I notice Dave giving me a worried smile. "I wouldn't mind at all Dave I'd actually like the company." Smiling at him he smiles back and sits down across from me.

"So how did you sleep last night ? I heard you roomed with Johnny." He tells me smirking as he takes a bite of his waffle. "We slept together yeah but nothing happen nothing will ever happen." I tell him with a little laugh.

"Yeah well we will see about that huh ?" Punching his shoulder lightly I get up to go get more cereal and see Miranda standing in the lobby room looking straight at me with watery eyes.

I look down at my shoes and quickly back up only to see her gone. Losing my appetite I walk over to Dave and lay my head on his shoulder.

"Come on Alex, Tremaine wants us at the cabin he rented out." Nodding my head I hook my arm through Dave's and we walk towards the cabin which isn't to far from the hotel we're staying at.

Hearing laughter we decide to walk around to the back seeing Knoxville dressed as Santa and wee man dressed as an elf.

"Uhh what's going on ?" I ask Johnny trying to hold in my laugh. "Oh my sweet sweet little Alex no one told you ?" Looking at him weird he smiles down at me.

"You Miranda and Davey boy here are going to climb up this tree and just talk." Looking around for Miranda I spot her climbing the tree.

"Miranda are you seriously just going to climb up the tree ?" I ask as I put my foot on a tree branch and pull myself up repeating until I'm finally caught up with Miranda and Dave right behind me.
