GET DIMITRI OFF THE PLANE!" I screamed down the phone that was being held in a death like grip by Diego.

We were just sitting in the kitchen, Diego was drinking some whiskey while I was sipping away on a cup of tea. Gino was packing to fly back to Italy, deciding that his daughter had been with her mother for too long, and was coming to England with him.

The only reason Gino's daughter was with her mother is because her mother, Gino's wife, refused to come to England, saying how it is far too cold.

And it's not like she's wrong.

But then Sergio called, sounding panicked and breathless. Then he told us Dimitri was on his way back and they were sending loads of men to help us. It was then we realised that it was a trap.

The line went dead as we heard Sergio panting after the plane, screaming at the top of his lungs. Now we are sat in silence. After hearing me yell down the phone, Isaac, Isobel, Liam,  Michael, Alfie and my mother had all come into the kitchen, along with other members of the Mafias from around the house.

No one moved. No one said a word. We were just waiting for Sergio to call us back, praying to God he would have Dimitri with him.

"How long has it been?" Liam asked as he sat in his wheelchair, hands crossed together on his lap.

"Fourteen minutes." Michael told him, keeping his arms crossed across his chest.

"Kyles maybe we-" Isaac began, but he was cut off by the silencing stare I gave him.

And it went back to being quiet. By now, Isobel and Lyla had come over and sat next to me, wrapping me up in their arms.

"Hello people! I'm l- why is everyone so miserable?" Gino questioned as he came into the kitchen, his suitcase in hand as he spun his keys around his finger.

"It's Dimitri." Diego told him.

His brows furrowed in confusion as he glanced at each and every one of us, asking for more information.

"Well?" He said.

"It was a set up, there was no bombings in Russia. When he got there he found a threat against me and the baby, so he got on the plane and was taking off to come back. Sergio called and told us Dimitri would be there soon. Caro set up false information about bombs in Russia so Dimitri would fly out, then while he was distracted, find a way to kill him when Dimitri was on his way back here." I explained, looking straight into Gino's brown eyes.

"Did- did it work- Is h-he dead?"

"We don't know, the call cut off before Sergio could tell us." Diego tells his younger brother. Explaining how they both could of just lost their cousin.

With that, he took a seat next to Isaac, who was sitting on the L shaped sofa in the kitchen, his head in his hands.

Half an hour later and no call.
