Rain poured down outside the hotel window. Florie usually loved the rain and water, but thanks to that she was stuck in this forsaken town even longer. Beach City was a weird town that she, and everyone else, had overlooked. Anything rarely happened there, it didn't need anyone staying there to keep watch. Even The Alliance agreed! The only thing the two organizations would ever agree in.
Florie currently laid in a quaint bed, in the more populated side of town. She had just come back from a specialized mission in Brooksway Town, a lowlife town all on it's own. That mission wasn't important now anyway, it was over with. Now all Florie had to do was wait ... yea no.
Florie wasn't one for staying still. She stood up and walked outside, making her way through the town while enjoying the rain that fell. It took a while, but soon enough the rain had calmed and she had made it to the boardwalk. Once she got there it was as uneventful as always. She honestly felt restless, even when the rain calmed her down with memories of her youth. "Not much to see here" she thought, making her way around to the forest.
The rain had now ceased, not as heavy as before, maybe that's why she was now able to hear the sound of growling coming from ahead. "The fuck?". She got closer and closer to the sound. Then she saw it. A giant gem beast! A beast that within seconds disappeared right before her eyes, leaving only behind it's gem.
Only a maroon woman stood in the clearing now. She bubbled the gem and sent it away into the air. She stood with shades on her face and a hard to decipher poker face.
