After a long slumber, I woke up at 11 am. I walk into the shower immediately to clean off all of the dirt and dried sweat. After my shower I get dressed in lazy clothes and hop on my computer, I play some Minecraft and Monopoly with my friends until it's 2 pm, I get knocked out in Monopoly so I check my phone to see thousands of notifications. The game was live-streamed and it normally has a lot of viewers, especially the championships, but to cheer me on all of my family, their friends, and my own friends' Instagram stories had shared the link. This means over 2 million people were viewing the championship game. I gained thousands of followers and was tagged in loads of edits of me playing softball. I was freaking out, excitedly, and ended up re-posting and scrolling through loads of videos and photos. Wilbur also 4 minutes ago tagged me in a post captioned "Last night's tournament" which I liked and re-posted to my story. There were 10 photos, a photo of me hugging each of my family members, the team photo, a photo of me icing my leg, a photo of me hitting, a photo of me fielding, and two random photos of Tommy and Techno being goofy. I smiled widely at the photos remembering the night. I ended up playing games with my friends all day and chatting with my family a bit. I also ended up posting some photos from the tournament on Instagram. I captioned it "First tournament = First post" I posted some similar photos to Wilbur like one of my team and ones of me hitting and fielding. I had also posted some other photos Wilbur had taken like the one where I was being helped into the dugout by Techno, my getting the MVP, and a video of me hitting a homerun. It got a lot more attention than I thought it would, and I was gaining likes and followers at a rapid rate I had to turn my notifications off.
The next day was just as lazy as the day before. The family had a mini-movie marathon and we watched Hamilton and some other Disney movies.
Monday was anything but normal. I was getting loads of people talking to me and asking questions. Everything was very overwhelming and things got bad. I got into 9th-period social studies like I would every normal day but two faces I did not want to see walked through the door and sat down right next to me. I breathed in a shaky breath and the bell rung. I just tried to focus and get my work done, writing down the answers and ignoring them snickering and laughing next to me. I finished my work and with my anxiety getting worse, I went to the bathroom to clear my head. As I left the room I could hear them scheming behind me. While I was trying to control my breathing in the bathroom, I heard them outside of the doors continuing to plot outside. So, I turned to my emergency option. Techno, Wilbur, Tommy, and I made a promise to always keep our phones on us during class. We would all check them when we could to see if anyone had texted. Most of the time it was goofy things like Tommy making a joke like, "GUYS, ITS FROOT LOOPS NOT FRUIT LOOPS RIGHT?" and other silly little things, today that would change. I typed in the group chat.
Y/n: Guys, I am scared. The two kids who beat me up are back in school again and I was panicking so I went to the bathroom and I hear them outside.
It didn't take long for Techno to respond.
Techno: Be right there. Don't leave the bathroom until you hear me.
I stayed in the bathroom until I hear footsteps coming closer to the bathroom. I heard Techno's voice. "Your first day back and you are already trying to get suspended again, wow," He says and I walk out of the bathroom and stand next to Techno with my arms crossed. I see the boys glaring at me.
"Dude, she isn't even your real sister. How long have you known her? A few months? Why do you care if she is dead?" Joey says and my face drops.
"One, she is my sister. Don't get that mixed up. Two, she has made a huge impact on my life. It doesn't matter if she is my biological sister or not. Now, I have a question for you. Why do you want my sister dead?"
